المستخلص: The study aimed to identify the degree of student participation in university activities at the University of Damascus, and the differences in the level of participation in university activities among university students in the University of Damascus, according to the variables (sex) and (jurisdiction), and make appropriate proposals to increase student participation in university activities, as adopted researcher in the study descriptive and analytical approach being more curriculum in line with this study, and use the questionnaire as a tool for study and applied study on a sample of Damascus University / fourth year / composer students (425 students), where this study found a range of results, including: - The percentage of students "study sample" not involved in student activities is very high, reaching students participating percentage in university activities (33.2%) and the proportion of participants to a certain extent (9.8%) and the proportion of non-participants in university activities were (57%).- No statistically significant differences in participation in student activities at the university youth are attributable to variable sex differences is the largest of any male on all areas of university activities and a tool for the benefit of the medium as a whole. -No statistically significant differences in participation in student activities at the university youth are attributable to differences of jurisdiction variable is the largest of any theoretical faculties on all areas of activity for the benefit of the Mediterranean. - Of the most appropriate proposals to activate the participation of students in university activities at the University of Damascus, from the perspective of university students: taking into account the interests and inclinations of students at the preparation and planning of activities, and encourage them to attend political seminars held at the university, and to encourage by students and their creations and published in the media campus media.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة مشاركة الطلبة في الأنشطة الجامعية في جامعة دمشق، والفروق في درجة المشاركة في الأنشطة الجامعية لدى الشباب الجامعي في جامعة دمشق تبعاً إلى متغيري (الجنس) و(الاختصاص)، وتقديم المقترحات المناسبة لزيادة المشاركة الطلابية في الأنشطة الجامعية، حيث اعتمد الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه أكثر المناهج انسجاماً مع هذه الدراسة، واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة لدراسته، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من طلبة جامعة دمشق/ السنة الرابعة/ مؤلفة من (425) طالبا وطالبة، حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - أن نسبة الطلبة "أفراد عينة الدراسة" المشاركين في الأنشطة الطلابية قليلة، حيث بلغت نسبة الطلبة المشاركين في الأنشطة الجامعية (33.2%) ونسبة المشاركين إلى حد ما (9.8%) أما نسبة غير المشاركين في الأنشطة الجامعية كانت (57%). - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المشاركة في الأنشطة الطلابية لدى الشباب الجامعي تعزى إلى متغير الجنس وهو لصالح المتوسط الأكبر أي الذكور على كافة مجالات الأنشطة الجامعية وعلى الأداة ككل. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المشاركة في الأنشطة الطلابية لدى الشباب الجامعي تعزى إلى متغير الاختصاص وهو لصالح المتوسط الأكبر أي الكليات النظرية. - من أهم المقترحات المناسبة لتفعيل مشاركة الطلبة في الأنشطة الجامعية في جامعة دمشق من وجهة نظر طلبة الجامعة: مراعاة اهتمامات وميول الطلبة عند الإعداد والتخطيط للأنشطة، وتشجيعهم على حضور الندوات السياسية المنعقدة في الجامعة، وتشجيع مشاركات الطلبة وإبداعاتهم ونشرها في وسائل الإعلام الجامعي.
