تعني هذه الدراسة بالعلاقات الكويتية الفلسطينية 1961-۱۹۸۷م، وتتحدث عن المراحل التي مرت بها هذه العلاقة من بدايتها بالثلاثينيات من القرن الماضي وحتى استقلال الكويت عام 1961م، ومشاركة الفلسطينيين ببناء نهضة التعليم في الكويت، وتطور هذه العلاقة بعد استقلالها ووصول الفلسطينيين إلى أن يكونوا أكبر جالية أجنبية فيها من حيث العدد ويشغلهم مناصب هامة بالهياكل الإدارية بالقطاعات الرسمية وغير الرسمية، وقد ساندت الكويت القضية الفلسطينية بمساعدة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية فلسطينيًا وعربيًا ودوليًا، وكذلك وقوف المنظمة مع الحكومة الكويتية في عدد من القضايا شهدت هذه العلاقة تحولًا عام ۱۹۸۷م بزيادة الدعم الكويتي بشكل واسع ثم توقفه فجأة عقب الاجتياح العراقي للكويت عام ۱۹۹۰م ، وقد ظهرت شوائب في هذه العلاقة خلال فترة السبعينيات سرعان ما كانت تحل بالطرق الدبلوماسية.
This study is concerned of Palestinian Kuwaiti relations between 1961-1987.And talked about the stages that passed out of this relation from its beginning of thirties from the last century even the independence of Kuwait in 1961. And the participation of Palestinian in building education renaissance in Kuwait and develop this relation after Kuwait independence and the access of Palestinian to be the largest foreign community in Kuwait that occupied with important position at administrative structures in official and non-official sectors. Kuwait has supported the Palestinian issue with the help of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, Palestinian, Arab and International. As well as the standing of the Organization with the Kuwaiti government with number of issues. This relation has seen a convert in 1987 in Kuwait increased support in a large scale and it is stopped suddenly following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990.And the impuries appeared in this relation in seventies was soon resolved by a diplomatic means.
