المستخلص: يعتبر الإرهاب الدولي من أخطر الظواهر التي تواجه المجتمع الدولي لما يتركه من آثار سلبية على الأفراد والمجتمعات الأمر الذي يتطلب ضرورة تضافر الجهود الدولية لمحاربته ومكافحة سبل تمويله. تظهر الدراسة أهمية التعاون الدولي في هذا المجال، لما يتركه من أثر إيجابي في القضاء على كافة مظاهر الإرهاب الأمر الذي يساهم بدوره في صيانة السلم والأمن الدوليين.

International terrorism is one of the most serious phenomena facing the international community because of its negative effects on individuals and societies, which requires concerted international efforts to combat it and combat its means of financing. The study shows the importance of international cooperation in this field, as its positive impact on the elimination of all protection of terrorism, which in turn contributes to the maintenance of international peace and security. The study aims to identify the characteristics of international terrorism, clarify the effects of terrorism on the State and individuals, and explain the measures and policies adopted by States in the fight against terrorism and clarify the benefits of international cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
