هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور وأهمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي لبناء المستودعات الرقمية المؤسساتية، ودراسة الوضع الراهن وتحليل نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات للمستودع الرقمي بجامعة وادي للأعوام 2018 – 2027، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحديد مشكلة البحث وإعداد المسح والمراجعة النظرية للإنتاج الفكري لتحديد أهمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي ودوره في قطاع المعلومات، كذلك تحليل الوضع الراهن ووضع رؤي مستقبلية قابلة للمتابعة والمراجعة الدورية؛ وذلك بتحليل مواضع القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات (SWOT). ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة: أن المشروع يتمتع بنقاط قوة منها الدافعية والدعم القوي من الإدارة العليا بالجامعة، وتوافر خبرات بالجامعة داعمة للجانب الفني، توجد بعض المهددات التي تعيق المشروع منها ضعف سرعة الإنترنت بالجامعة، وقلة تزويد المستودع بالإنتاج الفكري من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ولم يتناول دليل المعايير الوطنية لضمان جودة التعليم العالي بالسودان أي مؤشرات ذات جدوى في هذا المجال. ومن ملامح الخطة الاستراتيجية لبناء المستودع الرقمي بالجامعة هي خطة لمدة عشر سنوات ذات رؤية وأهداف واضحة يمكن أن تكون هدى للمستودعات الجامعية بالسودان. وعلى ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، منها: ضرورة تبني الإدارة العالي بالجامعة تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية التي وضعت لتطوير المستودع الرقمي لتحقيق التكامل والتفاعل مع الأنظمة المعلوماتية الأخري بالجامعة، كما اقترحت الدراسة العديد من الدراسات المستقبلية.
The study aimed to identify the role and importance of strategic planning for the construction of institutional digital repositories, and study the difficult situation the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the digital repository at Wadi University were analyzed for the years 2018-2027. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used to identify the problem of research and to prepare the survey and theoretical review of intellectual production To determine the importance and role of strategic planning in the information sector, as well as to analyze the current situation and develop future visions that can be followed up and reviewed periodically by SWOT analysis. The most important results of the study: The project has strengths, including motivation and strong support from the senior management of the university, and the availability of expertise in the university in support of the technical side, There are some threats that hinder the project, including the weakness of the Internet speed of the university and the lack of supply of the warehouse intellectual production by members of the faculty, and did not address the guide to national standards to ensure the quality of higher education in Sudan any indicators are useful in this area, and features of the Strategic Plan For the construction of the university's digital warehouse is a ten-year plan with clear vision and objectives that can be a guide to university warehouses in Sudan. In light of the results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including: the necessity of adopting the senior management of the university to implement the strategic plan that was developed to develop the digital warehouse to achieve integration and interaction with other information systems in the university.
