المستخلص: Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle de l'entrepreneuriat dans le soutient des petites et moyennes entreprises et leur application en Algérie par l’identification des dispositifs d’aide (Agence nationale pour soutenir l'emploi des jeunes, Fonds national de l'assurance chômage, Agence nationale pour la conduite des micro-prêts et l'Agence nationale pour le développement des investissements), où le concept de l'entrepreneuriat est de plus en plus acceptée par les décideurs du monde entier pour élever le niveau de croissance compétitive de leurs économies à travers la création et le développement de petites et moyennes entreprises, ainsi que leur contribution à la croissance économique et à la création d'emplois, plus réduire le taux de chômage.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور المقاولاتية في دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومدى تطبيقها في الجزائر من خلال التعرف على الهيئات الداعمة لها (الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب، الصندوق الوطني للتأمين عن البطالة، الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر والوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار)، حيث تحظى المقاولاتية بقبول متزايد لدى واضعي السياسات التنموية في مختلف دول العالم لرفع مستوى النمو التنافسي لاقتصادياتها من خلال خلق وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، فضلا عن مساهمتها في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي وتوفير مناصب الشغل ومنه التقليص من نسبة البطالة.

This study aims to shed light on the role of entrepreneurship in supporting small and medium enterprises and the extent of their application in Algeria by identifying their supporting bodies (National Agency for Youth Employment Support, National Unemployment Insurance Fund, National Agency for Microcredit Management and National Agency for Investment Development). Entrepreneurship is increasingly accepted by development policy makers in different countries of the world to raise the level of competitive growth of their economies through the creation and development of small and medium enterprises, as well as their contribution to economic growth and by providing jobs, including the reduction of unemployment.
