المستخلص: La violence est souvent causée par des parents ou des frères et soeurs plus âgés, La violence familiale a de nombreux effets sur le psychique de l'enfant, son corps et son développement social, elle peut aussi être une cause de délinquance infantile et un facteur de violence future et de comportement infantile. La violence familiale est une agression flagrante qui nécessite l'intervention de psychologues, sociologues et législateurs pour la résoudre.

Domestic violence is considered to be one of the most severe forms of violence against a child, because it is committed by those who are supposed to give protection and care to the child. Violence is mostly committed by parents or older siblings. Domestic violence has many effects on the child's psychology, body and his social upbringing. It can also be a cause of child delinquency and a factor for the generation and adoption of violence by the child in future. Domestic violence has become a blatant child abuse that requires intervention by psychologists, social and legal scientists in order to develop effective coping strategies.

يعتبر العنف الأسري من أشد أنواع العنف الواقع على الطفل لأنه يقع من من يفترض أنهم يوفرون الحماية له والقائمين على رعايته، ويكون العنف في الأغلب واقع من الوالدين أو الإخوة الأكبر منه سنا، وللعنف الأسري أثار عديدة على نفسية الطفل وجسده وعلى تنشئته الاجتماعية، كما قد يكون سببا من أسباب جنوح الطفل وعامل لتوليد العنف مستقبلا وانتهاجه من طرف الطفل، وأصبح العنف الأسري يشكل اعتداءا صارخا على الطفل يستدعي التدخل من طرف علماء النفس والاجتماع والقانونين من أجل وضع استراتيجيات فعالة لمواجهته.
