|a إن المعالم الأثرية عرضة لعوامل تدهور عديدة ناتجة عن مختلف استعمالات الأراضي، إما عن جهل أو إهمال، لهذا فإن الحفاظ على المعالم الأثرية والتاريخية يتطلب الاعتماد على أدوات مندمجة في سياسات أوسع مثل سياسة تهيئة الإقليم. في هذا السياق تلقي هذه الدراسة الضوء على إشكالية الحفاظ وحماية المعالم الأثرية الموجودة على مستوى الإقليم الجزائري من حيث طريقة التكفل بها في إطار المخططات التهيئة والتعمير و مخطط تهيئة الإقليم ومختلف المخططات العمرانية .

|b The archaeological treasures are subject to multiple causes of deterioration resulting from the disruption caused by land uses as well as the state of ignorance and neglect. As a result, the conservation of archaeological sites requires, generally, a new approach to conservation that must be integrated into a larger dimension such as land use planning. In keeping with this line of thought, that this study sheds light on the problem of conservation of archaeological sites of the Algerian territory for their consideration by the national policy of land use planning. We tried to detect threats that are inflicting the decisions of the national policy of land use planning and the opportunities it offers to the conservation and preservation of archaeological sites in the framework of the spatial planning for example planning territory and planning urban.
