|b Achieving development and economic build-up of the States derives from the organization of events and spatial economic activities. So that most studies, including a study of the World Bank indicate that proper development is seen in the shape of the spatial economic development. This concept shows the importance of space in the economic process and the location of economic activities in accordance with spatial characteristics. This study aims to determine the economic features of the development of Saida city in the west of Algeria, which is characterized by its agricultural and pastoral patterns. we used principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods in order to examin the development characteristics, This study concluded that the possibilities of space study depends on agriculture mainly as an area where decision makers must concentrate all efforts and development of sectoral politics far away from the old typical and standard policies.

|a إن تحقيق التنمية والبناء الاقتصادي للدول ينطلق من تنظيم الفعاليات المكانية للنشاطات الاقتصادية بحيث تشير العديد من الدراسات ومنها دراسة البنك الدولي أن التنمية الجيدة هي التنمية الاقتصادية الجيدة مكانيا وانطلاقا من هذا المفهوم تظهر أهمية المكان في الفعل الاقتصادي من أجل توطين النشاطات الاقتصادية بما يتماشى والخصائص الاقتصادية المكانية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الخصائص الاقتصادية التنموية لولاية سعيدة باعتبارها من بين الولايات التي تتميز بالطابع الفلاحي والرعوي كما تم استخدام التحليل إلى مركبات أساسية والتحليل التصنيفي لدراسة الخصائص التنموية وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن إمكانيات الولاية تعتمد على المجال الفلاحي كمجال أساسي يجب أن تركز فيه كل الجهود والسياسات التنموية القطاعية بعيدا عن السياسات النمطية المعيارية.
