|d L’entrepreneuriat soutient la croissance et le développement économiques via les innovations sur le marché. En effet, nul ne peux nié le rôle de L’entrepreneuriat sur la croissance et le développement économique. En Algérie, et malgré toutes les initiatives du gouvernement mises en place afin de soutenir le développement harmonieux des PME, L’entrepreneuriat rencontre des difficultés margeurs qui entravent son développement notamment ceux liées au coût de création d’une entreprise et le dépôt d’un capital minimum obligatoire. Notre article s’intéresse au concept d’entrepreneuriat et à la création d’entreprise en Algérie en analysant la réalité du terrain concernant d’une part, les initiatives mises en place par le gouvernement et d’autre part, les enjeux et difficultés (économiques, sociales et sociétales) qui peuvent les entraver.

In Algeria ,and despite all the initiatives of the government put in place to support the harmonious development of SME. Entrepreneurship encounters difficulties majors wich hinders its development especially those related at the cost of creation and the deposit a minimum capital requirement. Our article is interested in the concept of entrepreneurship and the business creation in Algeria by analysing the reality of the terrain concerning, the initiatives put in place by the government, and the issues that can hinder them.
