|d L'objectif de cette étude est de connaître la relation entre l'utilisation de la technologie et la créativité administrative d'une part, et la relation entre la communication et la créativité administrative d'une autre part chez un échantillon de fonctionnaires des directions de la jeunesse et du sport des wilayas de : M'Sila, BBA, Sétif et Biskra .
