المستخلص: The socio-economic aid centric entrepreneur has been associated with the small and medium enterprises to cope with all the challenges of establishing and running it, both of which constitute a compromise that is considered the face of growth and the engine of development. Both have been subject to numerous studies, and in the same, both are the focus of this research as well. The study aimed, through a field study of73 entrepreneurs in Bashar province, to demonstrate the motivations that motivate the entrepreneur in the region to create and manage his small and medium enterprise, and the obstacles he suffers from in his business trajectory.

ارتبط العون الاقتصادي-الاجتماعي المحوري المقاول منذ الأزل بالمؤسسة الصغيرة والمتوسطة مجابه لكل تحديات تأسيسها وتسييرها؛ ليشكلا كلاهما توفيقة تعتبر وجه النمو وقاطرة التنمية. خاضت بشأنهما العديد من الأبحاث؛ وعلى نفس النحو يمثلان مركز اهتمام لهذا البحث؛ الذي عني من خلال دراسة ميدانية ب 73 مقاول بولاية بشار لتبيان الدوافع التي تحفز المقاول بالمنطقة لخلق وتسيير مؤسسته الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والعراقيل التي يعاني منها في مساره المبادراتي.

L’entrepreneur agent économique-social est associé depuis l’éternité avec la PME/PMI contre tous les défis de sa création et sa gestion qui forme une combinaison de développement locomotive. Cette combinaison été un axe de nombreuse recherches ainsi que cette étude sur terrain (échantillon de73entrepreneur –wilaya de Béchar) pour identifier les motivations de l’entrepreneur et les contraintes pour la création et la gestion des PME.
