|d A l’aube de l’indépendance, on a associé le niveau élevé de la pauvreté en Algérie à l’opacité coloniale. Après cinq décennies, le phénomène de la pauvreté touche encore une large couche de la population de ce pays malgré sa dotation d’importantes richesses naturelles. Ce travail de recherche tentera de vérifier à quel point le caractère rentier du régime d’accumulation de l’économie nationale est responsable du taux de la pauvreté en Algérie.
