|a يهتم البحث بوضع تقنيات لوصلات الحياكة بين الأقمشة المثقبة وأقمشة الساتان للوصول لأعلى درجة من الجودة وكفاءة الحياكات وبالتالي الغرض الوظيفي للملبس وعمره الاستهلاكي وذلك عن طريق تحديد بعض المتغيرات البحثية وهى القماش المستخدم للتنفيذ حيث انقسم لنوعين الأول أقمشة مثقبة (ثقوب ضيقة - ثقوب متوسطة - ثقوب واسعة) والثاني قماش الساتان استخدم للحياكات ماكينات (سنجر-أوفر ٥ فتلة )، استخدمت ثلاث أنواع من وصلات الحياكة (الوصلة البسيطة ويرمز لها S.S، والوصلة البسيطة الفرنسية، وصلة الأوفرلوك ويرمز لهاE.S)، استخدمت ثلاث كثافات مختلفة لغرز الحياكة ( 3-5-7 غرزة في السنتيمتر)، ثم إجراء التجارب العملية لتحديد مواصفات الأقمشة محل الدراسة وذلك بمعامل المركز القومي للبحوث بالقاهرة ثم حياكة العينات البحثية وإجراء التجارب المعملية عليها لمعرفة أنسب المتغيرات محل الدراسة التي تعطي أعلى درجة كفاءة وجودة للحياكات وهى اختبار مظهرية الحياكة واختبار قوة شد الحياكة، حيث توصلت الباحثة إلى تحديد أفضل تقنيات الحياكة للأقمشة المثقبة مع قماش الساتان من حيث نوع ماكينة الحياكة، نوع وصلة الحياكة، كثافة الحياكة (عدد الغرز في السم) حتى تحقق أعلى كفاءة وجودة للمنتج النهائي من ملابس السهرة.

|f The research is concerned with developing techniques for weaving connections between perforated fabrics and satin fabrics to reach the highest degree of quality and efficiency of knitting and thus the functional purpose of the garment and its consumable life. This was done by identifying some research variables, which is the fabric used for implementation, as it was divided into two types, the first perforated fabrics (narrow holes - medium holes - wide holes) and the second satin fabric used for weaving machines (singer-over 5 threads). Three types of knitting joints were used (the simple joint, symbolized by S.S., the French simple joint, and the overlock joint, symbolized by E.S) and three different densities of knitting stitches were used (3-5-7 stitches per centimeter), then practical experiments were carried out to determine the specifications of the fabrics under study. This is done in the laboratories of the National Research Center in Cairo, then weaving research samples were carried out and laboratory experiments were conducted on them to find out the most appropriate variables under study that give the highest degree of efficiency and quality for knitting, which is the phenotypic test of knitting and the test of knitting tensile strength. The researcher reached to determine the best weaving techniques for perforated fabrics with satin fabric in terms of the type of knitting machine, type of knitting joint, knitting density (number of stitches per cm) in order to achieve the highest efficiency and quality of the final product of the evening wear.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
