المستخلص: يتناول البحث ظاهرة خطيرة على مجتمعنا وأصبحت ما يشبه الكابوس خصيصاً لأصحاب السيارات، فتحولت ظاهرة سرقة السيارات إلى وسيلة لجلب الرزق لبعض المتخصصين من العصابات الخاصة ذلك تحت تأثير الانفلات الأمني.
على الرغم من الأساليب المستخدمة لمنع ظاهرة سرقة السيارات باستخدام أجهزة تتبع السيارات بنظام GPS، ويمكن لمالك السيارة أن يرى حركة السيارة، لحظة بلحظة في أي وقت وفي أي مكان في العالم.
وكذلك أجهزة الاتصالات التي تعمل بنظام GSM، GPRS لسماع ما يجري حول السيارة وداخلها أثناء محاولة السرقة، كما اهتم البحث أيضاً بالوسائل التي ابتكرت محلياً من قبل أصحاب السيارات الناتجة عن ممارسات الناس اعتقاداً منهم أنها تحمي سياراتهم من السرقة.
استطاع الباحث تصميم طريقة مبتكرة لمنع السيارة من التحرك من مكانها وتنفيذ طريقة جديدة باستخدام هيكل معدني باعتباره محاكاة للفكرة. تكمن مشكلة البحث في أن ظاهرة سرقة السيارة أصبحت مثيرة للاهتمام وأنها ساءت بشكل كبير، كما أصبحت هذه الظاهرة هاجس لأصحاب السيارات على الرغم من تطور الوسائل الإلكترونية والتكنولوجية لمنع السرقة السيارات.
أيضاً تتضح أهمية البحث في حالة تنفيذ الأسلوب المقترح لتصميم السيارات وإنتاج السيارات بمثل هذه الطريقة بأن ذلك سيعمل على الحد من ظاهرة سرقة السيارات.
كما يهدف البحث إلى محاربة سرقة السيارات وذلك بابتكار طرق جديدة وتصميم سيارة تعمل تثبيت السيارة في الأرض ورفعها أيضاً لجعلها مستقرة مما يؤدي إلى عدم التفكير في سرقتها وهي في مثل هذا الوضع.
وكنتيجة للبحث استطاع الباحث إجراء التجربة أمام عدد من مالكي السيارات كاستطلاع لرأيهم وحكمهم على الطريقة الجديدة فثبت لهم أن هذه الطريق ستكون فعالة في منع السرقة كما أكدوا بأنها طريقة تحقق أكثر من فائدة بجانب السرقة وسهولة الصيانة.
يوصي الباحث بتنفيذ التصميم الجديد لمنع سرقة السيارات كما يوصي الباحث بالاستمرار في مكافحة سرقة السيارات بكل الطرق بالإضافة للطريقة الجديدة.
يتبع البحث لتحقيق هذا المنهج التجريبي.


The research deals with a phenomenon that is dangerous to our society and has become something like a nightmare, especially for car owners. The phenomenon of car theft has turned into a means to earn a livelihood to some professionals of private gangs under the influence of lawlessness.
Despite the methods used to prevent the phenomenon of car theft using GPS car tracking devices, the car owner can see the movement of the car, moment by moment, anytime and anywhere in the world, as well as GSM and GPRS communication devices to hear what is going on around and inside the car during the attempted theft. The research also focused on the means that were devised locally by car owners resulting from people's practices believing that they protect their cars from theft.

The researcher designed an innovative method to prevent the car from moving from its place and implemented a new method using a chassis as a simulation of the idea. The problem of the research is that the phenomenon of car theft has become concerning and has worsened dramatically, and this phenomenon has turned into a concerning problem and worsened for car owners despite the development of electronic and technological means to prevent car theft.
It is also clear the importance of research in the case of implementing the proposed method for the design of cars and the production of cars in such a way that this will reduce the phenomenon of car theft.
The research also aims to combat car theft by innovating new ways and designing a car that works by fixing the car in the ground and raising it also to make it stable, which leads to not thinking about stealing it while it is in such a situation.
As a result of the research, the researcher was able to conduct the experiment in front of a number of car owners as a survey of their opinion and judgment on the new method, so it was proven that this method would be effective in preventing theft. They also confirmed that it is a method that achieves more than one benefit in addition to theft and ease of maintenance.
The researcher recommends implementing the new design to prevent car theft. The researcher also recommends continuing to combat car theft in all ways in addition to the new method.
The research follows to achieve this experimental method.
