|f There is no doubt that our attention to our children is not matched by any other attention. Therefore, keeping them safe and protecting them from risks inside and outside the home is at the forefront of this concern.\nIt is imperative that we take into account the safety and quality of the clothing we choose for our children. \nSpecialists in the manufacturing of garments (specific to the Egyptian market) must take into account the necessary precautions for the safety and security of children through their clothing and pay attention to them when designing and implementing models.\nAccessories such as buttons, stud buttons, and bows are some of the most commonly used types of children's clothing. The importance of research is to ensure that accessories are well fixed when attached to different fabric layers. Therefore, the problem of research was identified in understanding the types of accessories and their expected risks (such as suffocation ingestion) and the importance of using a certain number of layers. The objective of the research was identified to find out the most suitable number of fabric layers under the accessory, and the importance of using petroleum jelly as support for fabric layers, and determining the most appropriate number for stitches to fix the accessory. \nTherefore, three types of fabrics used heavily in children's clothing were selected (SingleJersey, Interlock, Melton). The weight of the material varies between light and heavy to provide the largest number of variations in the material to suit the summer and winter atmosphere. The number of layers used with each accessory type has also been changed to show the difference between the tensile strength of the accessory on these materials by doing the accessory stability test and fixing the acceptance level at 9 kg to choose the most suitable and safest results.\nThrough studies and statistics of test results, and in order to achieve the general objective of the study, it was concluded that there is a direct relationship between the weight of the fabric and the strength of the fixation of the accessory and that there is a direct relationship between the number of layers of fabric and the strength of the fixation of the accessory.\nIt has also been proven that there is a direct relationship between the use of petroleum jelly as a support for the fabric and the strength of the accessory, as well as a direct relationship between the number of stitches, stitch thickness, and strength of the bow, while there is no relationship between the type of machine used to install the stud buttons and the strength of stability.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021

|a لا شك أن اهتمامنا بأطفالنا لا يضاهيه أي اهتمام ولذا فإن الحفاظ على سلامتهم وحمايتهم من المخاطر داخل البيت وخارجه يأتي في صدارة هذا الاهتمام.\nويتحتم علينا أن نراعي الأمان والجودة فيما نختاره لأطفالنا من ملابس، ويجب على المتخصصين في صناعة الملابس الجاهزة (خاصة بالسوق المصري) مراعاة الاحتياط اللازم لسلامة وأمان الأطفال من خلال ملابسهم والاهتمام بهما عند تصميم وتنفيذ الموديلات.\nوتعتبر إكسسوارات مثل الأزرار والكباسين والفيونكات من أكثر الأنواع استخداماً بملابس الأطفال، وتكمن أهمية البحث في التأكد من تثبيت الإكسسوارات جيداً عند تركيبها على طبقات القماش المختلفة ولذلك تم تحديد مشكله البحث في معرفة أنواع الإكسسوارات ومخاطرها المتوقعة (مثل الاختناق الابتلاع) وأهمية استخدام عدد معين من الطبقات، وتم تحديد الهدف من البحث في معرفة أنسب عدد من طبقات القماش أسفل الإكسسوار، وأهمية استخدام الفازلين كدعامة لطبقات القماش، وتحديد أنسب عدد للغرز لتثبيت الإكسسوار.\nولذلك فقد تم اختيار ثلاثة أنواع من الأقمشة المستخدمة بصورة كبيرة بملابس الأطفال (وهي سنجل جيرسي، انترلوك، ملتون) وتنوع وزن الخامة بين الخفيف والثقيل لتوفير أكبر عدد من الاختلافات في الخامة لتناسب أجواء الصيف والشتاء، وكذلك تم تغيير عدد الطبقات المستخدم مع كل نوع إكسسوار لبيان الفرق بين قوة شد الإكسسوار على هذه الخامات بعمل اختبار ثبات الإكسسوار وتثبيت مستوى القبول على عند ٩ كجم لاختيار أنسب النتائج وأكثرها أماناً.\nومن خلال الدراسات وإحصائيات نتائج الاختبارات، وتحقيقاً للهدف العام من الدراسة فقد تم التوصل إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية بين وزن القماش وقوة ثبات الإكسسوار، وأن هناك علاقة طردية بين عدد طبقات القماش وقوه ثبات الإكسسوار.\nكما ثبت أن هناك علاقة طردية بين استخدام الفازلين كدعامة للقماش وقوة ثبات الإكسسوار، وكذلك علاقة طردية بين عدد الغرز وسمك الغرزة وقوه ثبات الفيونكة، كما أنه لا يوجد علاقة بين نوع الماكينة المستخدمة لتركيب الكباسين وقوة الثبات.\n
