|a تعتبر لوحة القيادة المتوازنة من أهم وأحدث الأنظمة الإدارية والتسييرية التي تحتل موقعا هاما ضمن أنظمة المؤسسات الرائدة في العالم، وهذا نظرا لتكامل أبعادها وتنوعها، وهو ما من شأنه تحسين الأداء الشامل للمؤسسات التي تتبنى هذه الأداة الهامة، وضمان تحقيقها لأهدافها الاستراتيجية، كما أنها تفعل دور المؤسسة في المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمجتمع الذي تنشط به. والمؤسسات الجزائرية تحاول تحسين مناهجها وأساليبها الإدارية والتسييرية، لذا فهي تعمل على تبنى لوحة القيادة المتوازنة وتطبيقها بصفة فاعلة تضمن تحسين أدائها الشامل بمختلف أبعادها، لذا فان هذا البحث يسعى إلى إبراز مستوى تبنى لوحة القيادة المتوازية في مؤسسة جزائرية رائدة في مجال عملها وهي مؤسسة صيدال ممثلة في وحدة الدار البيضاء، وتحليل مدى تأثير تبنى هذه الأداة على تحسين أدائها الشامل، وهذا من خلال دراسة إحصائية استقصائية لعينة مكونة من مجموعة من إطارات هذه الوحدة.

|b Today, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is one of the most important management systems, which occupies an important position within systems of the leader enterprises in the world, and this is due to the integration of its dimensions and their diversity, which would improve the total performance of the enterprises that adopt this important tool, and would ensure the achievement of its strategic objectives, as it activate the role of the enterprise in contributing to the realisation of sustainable development of the society in which it operates. On the other hand, Algerian enterprises are trying to improve their managerial systems and their methods of management, so they are working on the adoption of BSC and applied it with effectiveness to improve their total performance in its various dimensions, so this research seeks to highlight the level of adoption of BSC in an algerian leader enterprise in its field wich is Saidal corporate presented by its unit in Dar El Beida (Algiers), and analyze the impact of the adoption of this tool in this unit on the improvement of its total performance, and this is through statistical study of survey of a sample of a set of managers in this unit.
