|f The theory of devaluation to increase exports and reduce imports to support the trade balance has certain conditions and controls, the most important of which is the flexibility of exports in relation to the exchange rate of the currency of the exporting country or the currency in which it deals in the evaluation of its exports as well as the international character of the currency subject to devaluation. As for the devaluation of the Algerian dinar is concerned, the results showed that the devaluation of the national currency, the Algerian dinar, did not help boost national exports. Therefore, we are going to confirm the hypothesis of devaluation, in which we touched on the need for this devaluation to be accompanied by certain conditions for the operation to succeed in achieving its objectives. This opens the door to review the value of the national currency in an attempt to search for the real value of the Algerian dinar. |a إن نظرية تخفيض العملة لزيادة الصادرات والتقليص من الواردات لدعم الميزان التجاري، لديها شروط وضوابط معينة، وأهم هذه الشروط هي مرونة الصادرات بالنسبة لسعر صرف عملة البلد المصدر، أو بالنسبة للعملة التي يتعامل بها في تقويم صادراته. إضافة إلى الطابع الدولي للعملة محل التخفيض. بالنسبة للتخفيض الذي عرفه سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري، فلقد تبين من خلال النتائج أن الانخفاض الذي عرفته العملة الوطنية "الدينار الجزائري" لم يساعد في دعم الصادرات الوطنية، ومنه فإننا نتجه إلى تأكيد فرضية تخفيض قيمة العملة والذي تطرقنا فيه إلى ضرورة أن يصاحب هذا التخفيض شروط معينة لتنجح العملية في تحقيق أهدافها وهذا ما يفتح الباب لمراجعة قيمة العملة الوطنية في محاولة للبحث عن القيمة الحقيقية للدينار الجزائري، وهل يعتبر المتغير التابع أم المستقل بالنسبة لحجم وتركيبة الاقتصاد الوطني؟
