|f This study allows us to give a clear picture of the relationship between monetary policy and the imbalance of balance of payments in Algeria, while clarifying the general concepts of monetary policy and balance-of-payments, as the status of any economy may define different circumstances depending on the objectives envisaged by monetary policy on the one hand, and highlight the effectiveness of this policy in controlling monetary variables on the other. |a تسمح لنا هذه الدراسة، بإعطاء صورة واضحة عن العلاقة الموجودة بين السياسة النقدية، والاختلال في رصيد ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري، مع توضيح المفاهيم العامة للسياسة النقدية وميزان المدفوعات، حيث أن وضعية أي اقتصاد ما، قد تعرف ظروفا مختلفة تبعاً للأهداف المتوخاة من قبل السياسة النقدية من جهة، وإبراز مدى فعالية هذه السياسة في التحكم بالمتغيرات النقدية من جهة أخرى، ومن أهداف هذه الدراسة هو إظهار مواطن الخلل في ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري، ودور السياسة النقدية ومكانتها في الاقتصاد الجزائري.
