المستخلص: The petroleum industry is the core of Algerian economic activity, whether in terms of its investments, profits, and revenues, which are determined mainly by the status of the petroleum commodity in the world market. Any change and disruption in the level of supply or demand especially the price fluctuations will lead to severe crises that will be transmitted to the entire world economies, especially those economies that are based mainly on oil revenues and incomes, as is the case with Algeria and the oil crises that have occurred there. Therefore, our study deals with the international status of the petroleum industry in terms of characteristics and importance as well as the strategic role of the Algerian fuel sector in determining the revenues and income of the state and various macroeconomic indicators and the overall performance of the Algerian economy with reference to the need to diversifying the sources of gross income and avoiding the total dependence on the fuel sector for achieving economic development.

L'industrie pétrolière représente la pierre angulaire de l'activité économique algérienne, soit d’après ses investissements ou ses bénéfices et revenus qui sont principalement déterminées par le statut du pétrole sur le marché mondial, car tout changement et toute perturbation qui se passe sur le niveau de l'offre ou de la demande de pétrole, en particulier l'évolution des prix conduira à des crises aiguës transmises à les économies du monde entier , en particulier les économies qui sont basées principalement sur les revenus pétrolières - comme dans le cas de l'Algérie et les crises pétrolières qu’elle a subi.
Donc et pour cela que notre étude va illustrer le rôle mondiale de l'industrie du pétrole en termes de caractéristiques et l'importance, ainsi que le rôle stratégique des hydrocarbures algériens dans la détermination de revenus publiques de l'Etat et les différents indicateurs macro-économique et la performance globale de l'économie algérienne ,sans oublier de faire appelle à la nécessité de diversifier les sources de revenus et a réduire la dépendance du secteur des hydrocarbures dans la réalisation du développement économique.


تمثل الصناعة البترولية عصب النشاط الاقتصادي الجزائري، وذلك سواء من حيث استثماراتها أو أرباحها ومداخيلها التي تتحدد أساسًا حسب وضعية السلعة البترولية في السوق العالمية، حيث أن أي تغير وأي اختلال يحدث على مستوى العرض أو الطلب البترولي، وخاصة تغيرات أسعاره سيؤدي إلى أزمات حادة تنتقل إلى الاقتصاديات العالمية بأسرها، خاصة تلك الاقتصاديات التي تقوم أساسا على المداخيل والعائدات البترولية كما هو حال الجزائر والأزمات البترولية التي لحقت بها. ومن هذا المنطلق تتناول دراستنا المكانة الدولية للصناعة البترولية من حيث الخصائص والأهمية، وكذا الدور الاستراتيجي لقطاع المحروقات الجزائري في تحديد إيرادات ومداخيل الدولة ومختلف المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية والأداء العام للاقتصاد الجزائري مع الإشارة إلى ضرورة تنويع مصادر الدخل الإجمالي وعدم الاعتماد الكلي على قطاع المحروقات في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية.
