|f Energy is an essential and necessary element to meet all human needs, also it plays an important role in achieving the economic, social and environmental aims related to sustainable development. This importance and decisive role of energy in achieving sustainable development qualified it to be among the five areas included in the initiative "Water, Energy, Health, Agriculture and Biodiversity". It is an initiative that seeks to advance, enhance and concentrate efforts in all areas and to integrate them with a coherent international approach in the service of sustainable development. Achieving sustainable development is linked to providing energy with the possibility of obtaining its services at reasonable prices. If the achievement of economic goals depends on the availability of energy services and achieving social goals depends on justice in the distribution of these services among all countries on the one hand and between the population within the same country on the other hand, the environmental goals depend on our ability to adapt energy sources and environmental requirements .\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

Notons encore que l’énergie a un rôle important dans la réalisation des objectifs économiques et sociaux ainsi que l'environnement relatif au développement durable Cette importance de l'énergie et sans rôle quasi essentiel dans le développement durable, lui a conféré une importance primordiale pour qu'il soit intégré dans l'initiative «eau, énergie, santé, agriculture, et la variété biologique. Cette initiative, vise à défendre, concrétiser et a centraliser les efforts dans tous les domaines afin de le rendre complémentaire avec les l'objectifs environnementaux qui sont bases sur la possibilité d’appréhender les ressources énergétiques et les exigences en matière environnementale.

|a تعتبر الطاقة عنصر ضروري وجوهري لتلبية جميع الاحتياجات الإنسانية كما تضطلع بدور هام في تحقيق الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية المتعلقة بالتنمية المستدامة، هاته الأهمية والدور الحاسم للطاقة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة أهلها لتكون ضمن الخمس مجالات التي تضمنتها مبادرة "المياه، الطاقة، الصحة، الزراعة والتنوع البيولوجي "وهي المبادرة التي تسعى إلى دفع وتعزيز وتركيز الجهود في جميع المجالات وجعلها تتكامل مع منهج دولي متماسك من أجل خدمة التنمية المستدامة. إن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة مرتبط بتوفير الطاقة مع إمكانية الحصول على خدماتها بأسعار مقبولة، فإن كان تحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية يعتمد على مدى توفر خدمات الطاقة وتحقيق الأهداف الاجتماعية يعتمد على العدالة في توزيع هذه الخدمات ما بين جميع الدول من جهة وما بين السكان داخل البلد الواحد من جهة ثانية، فإن الأهداف البيئية تعتمد على مدى قدرتنا على تكييف المصادر الطاقوية والمتطلبات البيئية.
