المستخلص: Research subject: Design Color Chart for Spot Pre-colored Inks as a guide for Offset Lithography Printing. Objective: Studying the types of color guides and Its efficiency and importance in the print production. - Explain the importance of using Pantone Color Manager program in print production. - Using of the global language of color production. The problem: neglecting the role of color guides as a basic partner in all steps of print production as a tool that coordinates color standards through a special numbering system, color strips and a global language for color characterization, to achieve the high level of print quality in the Egyptian market. The importance: To explain how the color guides types can effect in increasing the quality of local printing production. - To explain the effect of Pantone Color Manager program in the workflow of within printing houses. Methodology: The types of color guides are explained and Analysis of the Pantone Color Manager program and how to use and connect with the others graphic program to improve the print production workfellow. In, 1963 Pantone Company revolutionized the printing industry using the Pantone® matching system. It's an innovative method for selecting and using colors accurately and turning them into a global language for those interested in printing and packaging. Where the Pantone ®matching system creates special numbering system and color chips to characterize colors .The Pantone ®matching system supports all color -related industries such as textiles ,clothing ,fashion and beauty ,interior design ,and architectural and industrial design ,covering more than 10,000 colors for various materials including printing ,textiles ,plastics ,paints and coatings. Pantone guides are available in digital form and printed guide ,improving workflow and maintaining color correctly from design to final product .X-Rite company has contributed to the development of the color guides industry in general ,especially in the field of printing and design. There is now a complete set of guides for Litho offset printing ,a manual for special inks ,a four processes colors - CMYK - and a metal inks. Pantone and X-Rite companies have produced Pantone Color Manager Program to link color guides with the others graphic program and mobile phones for easy digital color display for more efficiency for production stages, and the program will be explained in this research. Results: 1 - Using the PMS color guides can be your best choice for print production. 2 - Using the Pantone Color Manager application program on the computer and smart phones increases the speed, and accuracy of work flew to connect the printing operations with customers. Recommendations: 1 - Using of the printed color guides, and Pantone Color Manager application for computer and smart phone. 2 - Interested of studies and research related to this field and follow up the updates of the new annual colors in guides.

في عام 1963، أحدثت شركة Pantone ثورة في صناعة الطباعة باستخدام نظام PANTONE ®SYSTEM MATCHING، وهو عبارة عن أداة مبتكرة تسمح باختيار واستنساخ ألوان ثابتة ودقيقة وتحويلها إلى لغة عالمية للمهتمين والممارسين للطباعة والتغليف. حيث تقوم الأداة بتنظيم معايير الألوان من خلال نظام ترقيم خاص وشرائح ملونة، والتي أصبحت منذ ذلك الحين العلامة التجارية لشركةPantone ، وتدعم لغة لون Pantone جميع الصناعات المرتبطة باللون مثل المنسوجات، والملابس، والموضة والجمال، والتصميم الداخلي، والتصميم المعماري والصناعي، والتي تشمل أكثر من 10000 من معايير الألوان عبر مواد متعددة بما في ذلك الطباعة، والمنسوجات، والبلاستيك، والأصباغ، والطلاء. وتتوفر أدلة Pantone رقميا وماديا- دليل مطبوع، حيث تضمن خطوات سير العمل المتكاملة مثل ملاءمة السوق وإمكانية تحقيق اللون بشكل صحيح بدأ من عملية التصميم وحتى المنتج النهائي، وذلك بالتعاون مع شركة Rite-X في الآونة الأخيرة التي ساعدت في تطوير صناعة الأدلة اللونية بشكل عام والمتخصصة في الطباعة والتصميم بشكل خاص. ويوجد الآن في الأسواق مجموعة متكاملة من الأدلة اللونية لطباعة الليثو أوفست موضوع البحث، فيوجد دليل للأحبار الخاصة وهو الدليل الأقدم، ودليل للألوان التشغيلية الأربعةCMYK ، ودليل للأحبار الميتالك Metallic Inks . وكان نتاج التعاون بين شركة Pantone وشركة Rite-X هو برنامج Manager Color Pantone الذي يربط تلك الأدلة اللونية مع مراحل الإنتاج الطباعي Pantone Color Manager، وفي هذه الدراسة سيتم إلقاء الضوء على تطور الأدلة اللونية بأنواعها ومدى احتياج سوق العمل لها وكذلك مميزات وعيوب تلك الأدلة اللونية والأحبار المستخدمة لإنتاجها مع شرح مبسط لبرنامج إدارة اللون البانتون.
