|a إن عمليات التعذيب وانتهاك حقوق الإنسان في معاملة السجناء العراقيين من قبل قوات الاحتلال الأمريكي للعراق في سجن أبو غريب جعلت منها أيقونة دولية يمثل عملا غير أخلاقي، ما دفع الفنان الكولومبي (فيرناندو بوتيرو) تنفيذ أكثر من (50) عمل فني خصصها الفنان لحادثة هذا السجن السيئة السمعة، فجسدها الفنان بأسلوبه الذي يعبر عن السخرية والتهكم من خلال رسم الأشخاص بأسلوب كاريكاتيري مع تقاطيع جسدية مترهلة وأرداف مكتنزة وضخمة ووجوه ممتلئة بملامح دقيقة، بطريقة أخرج الشخصيات عن واقعيتها وبالغ في سمنتها. \nوقد اعتمدت الباحثة في جمع المعلومات على مجموعة من التقارير، وأبرزها تقرير (تاغوبا) وهو أسم قائد موقع السجن الذي يبدو انه قدم العديد من الشكاوى عن سجن أبو غريب. \nوقد تم اختيار خمسة عينات، اختيارا قصديا، من مجموعة أعمال الفنان (سلسلة أبو غريب) واعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل الأعمال، وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها، أن الفنان بوتيرو عبر عن اشمئزازه من تلك الحادثة، محاولا أن يعيد بشاعة ما حدث إلى الأذهان، باستخدام (السمنة) كتعبير مشوه وصادم للمتلقي عن ما حدث في سجن أبو غريب، وكثورة ضد الواقع \n

|f The torture and violation of human rights in the treatment of Iraqi prisoners by the American occupation forces of Iraq in Abu Ghraib prison made it an international icon that represents an immoral act, prompting the Colombian artist (Fernando Botero) to implement more than 50 works of art dedicated by him to the incident of this notorious prison. The artist embodied it in his style, which expresses mockery and ridicule by drawing people in a caricature style with flaccid physical contours, chunky and huge buttocks, and faces filled with delicate features, in a way that removed the characters from their realism and exaggerated in their fatness. \nThe researcher relied on a series of reports, most notably the Taguba report, the name of the prison site commander who appears to have filed many complaints about Abu Ghraib prison. \nFive samples were selected internationally from the artist's collection (Abu Ghraib Series), and the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon in analyzing works. A series of results have been reached, most notably, that the artist Botero expressed his disgust at that incident, trying to bring the horror of what happened back to mind using (obesity) as a distorted and shocking expression to the recipient of what happened in Abu Ghraib prison, and as a revolution against reality. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
