المستخلص: أكدت بعض الدراسات وجود تدنى في قيم التنمية المستدامة لدى طلاب الجامعة، برغم أهمية تلك القيم في توجيه سلوك الطلاب نحو تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وبينما يحتل مستوى وعي خريجات ومعلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي بالتنمية المستدامة أهمية خاصة لما لهن من دور رئيس في نشر الوعي بالممارسات التي من شأنها الحفاظ على حق الأجيال القادمة في الحياة. ونظرا للأهمية الدافعة وراء التعرف على مستوى وعي طالبات كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي بالتنمية المستدامة وكذلك التفكير الناقد باعتبارهما من الأهداف الأساسية اللازم تحقيقها لدى الطالبات من خلال المقررات الجامعية بتخصصات الكلية المختلفة، والقدرة على ممارستها في المواقف الحياتية. وتتحدد مشكلة البحث في السؤال ما مستوى الوعي بالتنمية المستدامة وعلاقته بالتفكير الناقد لدى طالبات كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة الأزهر في ضوء التخصص الدراسي؟ واستهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى الوعي بالتنمية المستدامة لدى طالبات كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة الأزهر وكذلك مستوى التفكير الناقد لديهن. كما تناقش وجود علاقة بين كل من مستوى الوعي بالتنمية المستدامة ومستوى التفكير الناقد لدى طالبات كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي. وتتمثل أهمية هذه الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على أهمية الوعي بالتنمية المستدامة وقدرة الشباب على التفكير الناقد، لما له من علاقة وثيقة بحل المشكلات المجتمعية ونجاح الأفراد في حياتهم اليومية وتقدم المجتمعات. كما تزيد من المعرفة العلمية بالخصائص المعرفية لطالبات كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي بمختلف تخصصاتهن وتظهر دور التفكير الناقد في التعامل مع كم المعارف والمعلومات اللاتي يتعرضن لها. كما سعت الدراسة كذلك إلى تبصير القائمين على إعداد البرامج الجامعية بكلية الاقتصاد المنزلي، بتبني البرامج والأساليب الملائمة لتنمية الوعي بالتنمية المستدامة والتفكير الناقد لدى الطالبات وكذلك توجيه الطالبات إلى اتباع السلوكيات الايجابية للمحافظة على البيئة والموارد الطبيعية، واستغلال مهاراتهن في تنمية موارد الأسرة.

Some studies have confirmed that there is a decline in the values of sustainable development among university students, despite the importance of these values in guiding students' behavior towards achieving sustainable development. The level of awareness of female domestic economics graduates and teachers of sustainable development is particularly important because of their key role in raising awareness of practices that will preserve the right to life of future generations. Due to the importance of recognizing the level of awareness of female students of the Faculty of Home Economics about sustainable development as well as critical thinking as one of the basic goals that female students must achieve through university courses in different faculty disciplines, and the ability to practice them in life situations. The problem of research is determined in the question. What is the level of awareness of sustainable development and its relation to the critical thinking of female students of the Faculty of Home Economics at Al-Azhar University in light of the study specialization? The study aims to identify the level of awareness about sustainable development among female students of the Faculty of Home Economics, Al-Azhar University, as well as their critical thinking level. It also discusses a relationship between both the level of awareness about sustainable development and the level of critical thinking among female students of the Faculty of Home Economics. The importance of this study is that it highlights the importance of awareness towards sustainable development and the ability of young people to think critically, as it has a close relationship to solving societal problems, and the success of individuals in their daily lives, and the progress of societies. It also increases scientific knowledge about the cognitive characteristics of female students of the Faculty of Home Economics in various disciplines and shows the role of critical thinking in dealing with the amount of knowledge and information they are exposed to. The study also sought to educate those who prepare university programs at the Faculty of Home Economics about adopting appropriate programs and methods to develop an awareness of sustainable development and critical thinking among female students, as well as guiding students to follow positive behaviors to preserve the natural environment and resources, and exploit their skills to develop family resources.
