المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة بعض خطوط إنتاج حقيبة اليد الجلدية النسائية في مصانع الحقائب الجلدية وتحديد إمكانيات معمل المصنوعات بقسم الصناعات الجلدية لتشغيل خط إنتاج لحقيبة اليد النسائية بواسطة طلاب قسم الصناعات الجلدية وفقاً للأسس العلمية الصحيحة. مع وضع حلول مقترحة للمشكلات الفنية التي تواجه تشغيل خط الإنتاج في معمل المصنوعات الجلدية.
وتكونت عينة البحث من عدد (10) مصنع من مصانع حقائب اليد النسائية وعدد (10) من الأساتذة المتخصصين للتعرف على آرائهم اتجاه أدوات البحث، وعدد (9) طلاب بالفرقة الرابعة قسم الصناعات الجلدية لمقرر مشروع (2) إلى واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعمل الدراسة الميدانية من خلال استبيان موجه لمنتجي حقائب اليد الجلدية النسائية لتحديد الأساليب المختلفة المستخدمة في خطوط الإنتاج بمصانع حقائب اليد. بالإضافة إلى المنهج شبه التجريبي من خلال إجراء التجربة العملية وتطبيق خط إنتاج حقيبة اليد النسائية بواسطة طلاب الفرقة الرابعة وفقاً للأسس العلمية الصحيحة بمعمل المصنوعات الجلدية.
وأسفرت نتائجه عن إمكانية طلاب الفرقة الرابعة من تشغيل خط إنتاج حقيبة يد النسائية وإنتاج عدد (18) حقيبة يد نسائية بنظام إنتاج الأقسام وفقاً لإمكانيات معمل المصنوعات الجلدية بقسم الصناعات الجلدية وجاءت آراء الطلاب إيجابية بالنسبة لتشغيل خط إنتاج حقيبة اليد النسائية الذي يزود الطلاب بالأسس العلمية والفنية التي تؤهلهم للعمل بالمصانع. مع التعرف على الصعوبات والمشكلات الفنية التي واجهت الطلاب أثناء تشغيل خط إنتاج حقيبة اليد النسائية في المعمل ووضع مقترحات لحل هذه المشكلات.


The research aims to study some production lines for women's leather handbags in leather bags factories and to determine the capabilities of the factory of manufactures in the Department of Leather Industries to operate a production line for women's handbags by students of the Leather Industries Department, with the development of proposed solutions to the technical problems facing the operation of the production line in the leather goods factory. The research sample consisted of (10) factories of women's handbags, (10) specialized professors to know their opinions towards the research tools, and (9) students in the fourth year, department of leather industries for (2) project course. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach to the field study's work through a questionnaire directed to the producers of women's leather handbags to determine the different methods used in the production lines of handbag factories, In addition to the quasi-experimental approach through conducting the practical experiment and applying the women's handbag production line by the students of the fourth year according to the correct scientific foundations in the leather goods factory.
Its results showed the ability of the fourth-year students to operate the women's handbag production line and produce (18) women's handbags in the department's production system according to the capabilities of the leather goods factory in the Leather Industries Department. The students' opinions were positive regarding the operation of the women's handbag production line, which provides students with the scientific and technical foundations that qualify them to work in factories with the identification of the difficulties and technical problems that the students faced during the operation of the women's handbag production line in the factory, and putting proposals to solve these problems.
