المستخلص: تدور هذه الدراسة حول موضوع الدكتور قطب بن مصطفى سانو وقراءة تحليلية لكتابة أدوات النظر الاجتهادي المنشود في ضوء الواقع المعاصر، وقد قسم الباحث موضوع دراسته إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة.
تناول في المقدمة أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والمنهج الذي اتبعه في معالجة موضوعات الدراسة، وفي التمهيد: ألقى الضوء على أهم مفردات عنوان الدراسة.
أما المبحث الأول: فقد عنون له بندة تعريفية عن قطب سانو، وقد خلص فيه إلى أن سانو يعتبر أحد فقهاء العصر الذين أسهموا إسهاما فاعلاً وموفقاً في توجيه الحياة المعاصرة نحو الوجهة الإسلامية الصحيحة، فهو بحق فقيه مستنير، وأصولي حاذق، ومفكر إسلامي قدير، كما توصل ايضاً إلى أن الوزير الفقيه قطب سانو يعتبر من أوائل العلماء والمفكرين والباحثين الذين دعوا إلى إنشاء قسم للاجتهاد في جامعاتنا ومؤسساتنا التعليمية، فهو صاحب فكرة (مشروع صناعة المجتهد) في الجامعة الإسلامية العالمية بماليزيا، الذي يهدف النهوض بالعقل المسلم، ودفعه نحو الإبداع والابتكار والتقدم والرقي.
كما عنون للبحث الثاني بنظريات ومعالم تحليلية لشخصية قطب سانو العلمية والمعرفية، وقد توصل فيه إلى أن سانو يمتلك حساً إسلامياً مرهفاً، وهما كبيراً لمشاكل الأمة، وقضاياها الراهنة المعقدة، فهو لا يفتأ يدعوا إلى حل مشاكل الأمة الفكرية والعلمية والثقافية، من خلال كتاباته القيمة والنفيسة، إضافة إلى الملتقيات العلمية والفكرية التي يشارك باحثاً فيها بين الفينة والأخرى.
أما المبحث الثالث فعنون له بقطب سانو وقراءة تحليلية نقدية لكتابة أدوات النظر الاجتهادي المنشود في ضوء الواقع المعاصر، وقد توصل فيه إلى ان قطب سانو يعتبر واحداً من أولئك العلماء الذين عنوا بقضية التجديد الفقهي والأصولي في العصر الحاضر، فقد دعا إلى فتح باب الاجتهاد لمن كان أهلاً له، وأن مقولة من مثل ليس في الإمكان أبدع مما كان مقولة خاطئة، يجب محاربتها والتخلص منها، ومن ثم فإنه لا يجب التوقف عند الأدوات التي تحدث عنها السابقون، وإنما ينبغي إضافة أدوات جديدة يحتاج إليها النظر الاجتهادي في العصر الحاضر، تحقيقاً منا لقيومية هذا الدين، وإثبات صلاحيته لكل زمان ومكان.

This study revolves around Dr. Qutb bin Mustafa Sano and the analytical reading of the book “the tools of desired foresight and diligence in the light of contemporary reality.” The study consists of an introduction, a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion.
In the introduction, the researcher discussed the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, and the approach he followed in dealing with the subjects of the study, and in the preface: he highlighted the most important vocabulary of the title of the study.
In the first chapter, he put an introductory note about Qutub Sano, in which he concluded that Sanu is considered one of the scholars of the era who contributed effectively and successfully in directing contemporary life towards the correct Islamic direction. He is indeed an enlightened jurist, a competent fundamentalist, and a capable Islamic thinker. He also mentioned that the Minister, Jurist Qutb Sano is one of the first scholars, intellectuals, and researchers who called for the establishment of a department for “Ijtihad” in our universities and educational institutions. He is the one who introduced the idea of the “Project for Mujtahid Building” at the World Islamic University of Malaysia, which aims to promote the Muslim mind and drive it towards creativity, innovation, progress, and advancement.
In the second chapter, the researcher discussed the theories and analytical features of Sano's scientific and cognitive personality. He concluded that Sano possesses a delicate Islamic sense and great concern toward the problems and current complex issues faced by Ummah. He is a devout caller for solving the Ummah’s intellectual, scientific, and cultural problems through his valuable and precious writings, in addition to scientific and intellectual forums that he participates in as a researcher from time to time.
The third chapter is entitled as Qutub Sano and critical analytical reading of the book, the tools of desired foresight and diligence in the light of contemporary reality.” The researcher concluded that Qutb Sanno is considered one of those scholars who were concerned with the issue of Renewal of Ijtihad and Principles (Islamic jurisprudence and its principles) in the present era. He called for opening the door of Ijtihad for those who are entitled to it. He considered the saying, “It is not possible to be more creative than what has been achieved” as wrong, which must be confronted and eliminated, and hence we should not stop at the tools mentioned by the previous scholars; instead we should add new tools needed to be considered and deliberated upon in the present era, in order to achieve the effectiveness of this religion and prove its validity for every time and place.
