|f There is a clear prevalence of the external architecture's lack of aesthetic appearance, and the design of the ceramic surface and the techniques applied to it are an aesthetic entrance and an added value to the design of ceramic surfaces in the external architecture, the exploitation of new methods of formation in the production of self-glazed stoneware objects that can be produced industrially—also, the lack of a study linking the appearance of stoneware and natural stones.\nThe research aims to codify the relationship between the compositions of stoneware and the aesthetic appearance of natural stones so that we reach the appearance of natural stones, which has become commonly used in most ceramic tile products, and link it with stoneware techniques such as body coloring and self-glazing to reach an appropriate scientific classification for this relationship.\nThe importance of the research lies in the fact that the appearance of natural stones is one of the sources of inspiration for designers in the manufacture of ceramic tiles. However, there was no in-depth study of the appearance of natural stones through the compositions of ceramic objects produced at medium temperatures from 1200-1300°C and with low porosity 0-2% in the range of different colors.\nThe research included many techniques such as the use of colored stoneware objects and mixing between colors, the use of glazed objects technique to combine between the glossy and matte surface, and the exploitation of different grain sizes to obtain the appearance of some natural stones.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021

|a هناك شيوع واضح لافتقار العمارة الخارجية للمظهر الجمالي، ويعتبر تصميم السطح الخزفي والتقنيات المطبقة عليه مدخلاً جمالياً وقيمة مضافة لتصميم الأسطح الخزفية في العمارة الخارجية. كما أن استغلال طرق تشكيل جديدة في إنتاج أجسام خزف حجري متزجج ذاتياً يمكن إنتاجها صناعيا. وكذلك فإن عدم توافر دراسة تربط بين مظهر الخزف الحجري والأحجار الطبيعية.\nيهدف البحث إلى تقنين العلاقة بين تركيبات الخزف الحجري والمظهر الجمالي للأحجار الطبيعية بحيث نصل إلى مظهر الأحجار الطبيعية والذي أصبح شائع الاستخدام في أغلب منتجات البلاطات الخزفية، والربط بينة وبين تقنيات الخزف الحجري مثل تلوين الجسم والتزجج الذاتي للوصول إلى تصنيف علمي مناسب لهذه العلاقة.\nتكمن أهمية البحث في أن مظهر الأحجار الطبيعية من مصادر الهام المصممين في صناعه البلاطات الخزفية ومع ذلك لم توجد دراسة للاهتمام بالتعمق في مظهر الأحجار الطبيعية وذلك من خلال تركيبات الأجسام الخزفية المنتجة في درجات الحرارة المتوسطة من 1200- 1300°م وذو المسامية المنخفضة صفر -2% في مدى الدرجات اللونية المختلفة.\nفتضمن البحث الكثير من التقنيات مثل استخدام أجسام خزف حجري ملونة والخلط بين الألوان، استخدام تقنية الأجسام المزججة، وذلك للدمج بين السطح اللامع والمطفأ، واستغلال الأحجام الحبيبة المختلفة للحصول على مظهر بعض الأحجار الطبيعية.\n
