المستخلص: La femme joue un rôle actif dans son environnement, elle est considérée comme la moitié de la société. La délinquance féminine a un impact négatif sur la société. Le but de cet article est d’analyser ce phénomène que certains considèrent comme individuel et biologique alors que d’autres impliquent l’environnement social comme principale cause de la délinquance féminine. Le rôle du contrôle social interne/externe comme moyen de limitation de l’ampleur du phénomène de la délinquance féminine sera aussi étudié.

Women have an active role in society, and they have been said to be half of society. If they do well, society does well, and if they deviate, this deviation will have a negative impact on society. Therefore, this article aims to study the phenomenon of deviant behavior of women and its causes, which some attribute to self, biological, environmental, and social reasons. The study further discusses the role which should be played by social control, internally and externally, in reducing the deviant behavior among women.

إن للمرأة دور فعال في المجتمع وقد قيل فيها أنها نصف المجتمع إن صلحت صلح، وإن انحرفت كان لهذا الانحراف الأثر السيء على المجتمع. لذلك جاء هذا المقال لدراسة ظاهرة السلوك الانحرافي لدى المرأة وأسباب هذا الانحراف، التي أرجعها البعض إلى أسباب ذاتية شخصية بيولوجية وأخرى بيئية اجتماعية، ثم دور الضبط الاجتماعي بنوعيه الداخلي والخارجي في الحد من السلوك الانحرافي لدى المرأة.
