المستخلص: تبحث النظم الصحية عن طرق فعالة للتكفل بالمزيد من المرضى في وقت أقل، بالإضافة إلى تحسين نوعية الرعاية من خلال التنسيق كما تعمل المنظمات على تحسين تجربة المريض بإستخدام التشخيص السريع والدقيق لخفض التكاليف ومحاولة تجنب تكرار الإجراءات وهذا بفضل استخدام السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية والتي تعد مهمة لتحقيق هذه الأهداف وكذا التحول الرقمي للمؤسسة الصحية بالإضافة إلى أهمية السجلات في تبادل المعلومات الصحية وإدارة الرعاية الصحية.
تستثمر معظم البلدان ومن بينها الجزائر في حوسبة نظامها الصحي، من أجل نظام أكثر كفاءة وبالتعاون مع الاتحاد الأوربي تم اختيار المؤسسة الاستشفائية الجامعية لوهران في عام 2012 كموقع تجريبي لتنفيذ هذا المشروع وفي هذا الإطار تم تزويد ستة مصالح بالسجل الصحي بهدف تقليل وقت المواعيد وإدارة أفضل لسجلات المرضى، وتعد هذه التجربة هي الأولى بالجزائر.

L’utilisation des dossiers médicaux électroniques (DME), est essentielle à l’atteinte de ces objectifs ainsi qu’au virage numérique des d’entreprise sanitaire, Les DME sont également indispensables à l’ensemble de l’échange d’information sur la santé, et de la gestion des soins sanitaire. La plupart des pays ainsi que l’Algérie investissent dans l’informatisation de leur système de santé, pour un système plus performants. L’Algérie en collaboration avec l’union européenne L’EHU d’Oran a été choisie en 2012 comme un site pilote pour la mise en oeuvre de ce projet.
Six services de l’EHU d’Oran ont été dotés du dossier médical électronique en vue de l’isélioration des prestations de soins, par la réduction des délais de rendez-vous et une meilleure gestion des dossiers des malades, Il s’agit d’une première en Algérie.

This is done through the use of e-medical records, which are important for achieving these goals, the digital transformation of the health institution, as well as the importance of records in sharing health information and managing healthcare.
Most countries, including Algeria, invest in the computerisation of their health system, for a more efficient system and in cooperation with the European Union, the University Hospital Foundation of Oran was selected in 2012 as a pilot site for the implementation of this project. In this context, six departments have been provided with the Health Registry to reduce appointment time and better manage patient records. This is the first experience of this kind in Algeria.
