المستخلص: Le développement de l'emploi en Algérie nécessite la présence d'un établissement intermédiaire entre l'offre et la demande d'emploi.

Employment development in Algeria requires the presence of an institution to mediate job applications and offers. The National Employment Agency is the oldest institution established in this field. تستوجب تنمية التشغيل في الجزائر تواجد مؤسسة للوساطة بين طلبات العمل وعروضه، وتعتبر الوكالة الوطنية للتشغيل أقدم مؤسسة أنشئت في هذا المجال. ولئن تعددت مهام الوكالة الوطنية للتشغيل فان الوساطة في سوق العمل من أجل تنصيب طالبي العمل هي المهمة الرئيسية وأحيانا الوحيدة التي تهدف الوكالة إلى تحقيقها. هذا، ويرتبط نجاح برامج التشغيل التي وضعتها الدولة بمدى فعالية الوكالة الوطنية للتشغيل في تقريب كل بطال بآلية التشغيل التي تتلاءم مع مؤهلاته.
