|d Le principe de règlement pacifique des différends et conflits internationaux constitue un des principes fondamentaux régissant les relations internationales modernes, ce qu’il la consacrer également comme un des principes directoires de la charte des Nations Unies .\nDans ce cadre ; la diplomatique algérienne a fait de ce Principe un de ses fondements éssentiels , ce qu’il lui a permis de participer éfficacement à la resolution pacifique et poilitique de certaines crises et conflits à l’image de son role majeur dans la resolution de la crise Malienne.

|a يعتبر مبدأ التسوية السلمية للنزاعات الدولية من المبادئ الأساسية التي تقوم عليها العلاقات الدولية المعاصرة، وقد تم تكريس هذا المبدأ في ميثاق هيئة الأمم المتحدة وغيره من الاتفاقيات الدولية بغية الحفاظ على السلم والامن الدوليين.\nلذا تعد الجزائر من بين الدول الرائدة في إرساء مقاربة دبلوماسية تقوم على حل النزاعات الدولية بالطرق السلمية، مما سهل قيامها بالوساطة لحل العديد من النزاعات، مثل إدارتها للوساطة الدولية لتسوية الملف المالي.
