المستخلص: ظهر مفهوم التعاون جنوب - جنوب كعنصر مميز للتقسيم الجديد للعمل الدولي، حيث ساهمت العديد من التغيرات في البيئة الاقتصادية الدولية في إعادة تشكيل العلاقات التجارية الدولية، مما أعطى الفرصة لدول الجنوب للعب دور هام في الاقتصاد الدولي. ولذلك نحاول في هذه الدراسة إبراز ميكانيزم التعاون جنوب - جنوب كآلية جديدة لها مرجعية نظرية ومبادئ دولية تسهل اندماج الدول النامية، ومن ضمنها الجزائر، في الاقتصاد العالمي، وتساهم من خلالها في إدارة العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية.

Le concept de la coopération sud-sud est émergé comme un élément caractérisant dans la nouvelle division internationale du travail, où plusieurs changements dans l'environnement économique internationale ont reformés les relations commerciales internationales, ce qui a donné la chance aux pays du sud pour jouer un rôle important dans l'économie internationale. Dans cette étude on va essayer de montrer le mécanisme de coopération sud-sud comme un nouvel outil, qui a une référence théorique et principes internationales qui facilitent l'intussusception des pays en développement, comme l'Algérie, dans l'économie mondiale, et les aident à participer dans la gestion des relations économiques internationales.

The concept of South-South cooperation emerged as a distinctive element of the new division of international labor. Many changes in the international economic environment contributed to the restructuring of international trade relations, allowing the countries of the South to play an important role in the global economy. In this study, we try to highlight the mechanism of South-South cooperation as a new mechanism with theoretical reference and international principles that facilitate the integration of developing countries, including Algeria, into the world economy and contribute to the management of international economic relations.
