المستخلص: L'Algérie vise, comme les autres pays du monde à assurer le développement durable à tous les niveaux y compris le développement du logement, l'Etat a donc consacré d'importantes dépenses pour les logements et a développé sa politique afin de fournir un logement adéquat, en particulier pour les classes moyennes et les pauvres, mais les défis sont grands et multiples notamment en ce qui concerne le problème du financement et de l'absence de contribution effective au secteur privé, la pénurie de main-d'oeuvre et l'inefficacité, le problème du foncier et la faiblesse des lois relatives à son organisation, la rareté des matériaux de construction et de la spéculation sur les prix .... l'étude a conclu que l'Algérie a pu aller de l'avant dans le domaine du Développement durable du logement en raison de la volonté d'éliminer la crise du logement et de fournir une vie décente au citoyen algérien.

تهدف الجزائر كغيرها من الدول في العالم لتحقيق ما يسمى بالتنمية المستدامة على جميع الأصعدة بما فيها التنمية الإسكانية، ولأجل ذلك لم تبخل الدولة على الإنفاق على السكن كما طورت سياساتها السكنية بهدف توفير السكن الملائم وبخاصة للطبقات المتوسطة والفقيرة، غير أن التحديات كانت كبيرة ومتعددة الجوانب خاصة ما يتعلق بمشكل التمويل وعدم المساهمة الفعالة للقطاع الخاص، نقص العمالة وعدم كفاءتها، مشكل العقار وضعف التشريعات المتعلقة بتنظيمه، ندرة مواد البناء والمضاربة على أسعارها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر قد تمكنت من المضي قدما في مجال التنمية الإسكانية المستدامة بسبب الحرص الشديد للقضاء على أزمة السكن وتوفير حياة كريمة للمواطن الجزائري.

Algeria, like other countries in the world, aims to achieve what is called sustainable development at all levels, including housing development, For this purpose, the State has never desisted from spending on housing and has developed its housing policies with the aim to provide adequate housing, particularly for the middle and poor class.
However, the challenges were significant and multifaceted, particularly concerning the problem of financing and the lack of effective participation by the private sector, inefficiency and lack of labour, the problem of real estate and the weakness of legislation relating to its regulation, and the scarcity of building materials and speculation on its prices.
The study has concluded that Algeria has been able to move forward in the field of sustainable housing development because of its keen concern to eliminate the housing crisis and provide a decent life for the Algerian citizen.
