|b Developing countries have always considered that economic issues are the core of their interests. However, it seems that there is another issue, which can be more important; it is that of demographic issue. The latter is greatly correlated to that of economic issues, and it is hard to separate them from each other. Then, it can be said that changes that happened within the age structure of habitants reflect the demographical evolution in a society, hence, many issues would follow this evolution such as; education, employment, health, social protection, and public expenditure. Under Algerian economic growth fluctuation, it can be observed that it is of a great challenge for Algeria to make its developments efforts for real. Thus, the main challenges that could face with are of: investment capabilities level, and human competences, especially youth people. This category is considered as the engine for sustainable development. Although the overall of an unemployment rate has decreased, it is not, however, the case for the youth category especially for those holding higher degrees. Therefore, this study works on shedding a light on Algerian labor market analyzing critically certain phenomenal cases like employment, demography, the age structure of habitants, and the effect of educational output on the structure of employment.

|a تعتبر المسألة الاقتصادية جوهر اهتمامات البلدان النامية، ومن المهم جدا أن تضاف إليها إشكالية أخرى وهي المسألة الديموغرافية، نظرا لترابطهما الكبير وصعوبة الفصل بينهما. فالتغير الذي يطرا على التركيبة العمرية للسكان يشكل انعكاسا للتحول الديموغرافي في المجتمع، ومعه تطرح مسائل أساسية تتعلق بمجالات التعليم، التشغيل، الصحة، الحماية الاجتماعية، والإنفاق العمومي. وفي ظل تذبذب مستويات النمو الاقتصادي، تواجه الجزائر تحديات كبيرة في تجسيد جهودها التنموية، ومن أهم هذه التحديات مدى القدرة على استثمار الإمكانات والطاقات البشرية، وخاصة فئة الشباب باعتبارها أداة ومحرك التنمية المستدامة. وبالرغم من تراجع معدل البطالة في الجزائر، فإن الملاحظ هو ارتفاعه لدى فئة الشباب وخاصة لدى حاملي الشهادات الجامعية. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على سوق العمل في الجزائر وظاهرة البطالة بكل إفرازاتها في ظل النمو الديموغرافي والتركيبة العمرية للسكان، إضافة إلى تأثير مخرجات التعليم بمختلف أطواره على هيكل البطالة.
