المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور العمل الخيري في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة للمجتمعات البشرية في النواحي المختلفة، سيما التنمية الاقتصادية، والسلوكية، والاجتماعية، والفكرية، للدلالة على عموم العمل الخيري وشموله سائر الجوانب، وذلك عن طريق بيان صوره المتعددة، ومساهمتها في القضاء على بعض الظواهر السلبية المنتشرة، وقد اصطفيت من هذه الظواهر المرضية (ظاهرة البطالة، وظاهرة الفقر، وظاهرة الإدمان، وظاهرة التفكك الأسري)، وهي ظواهر موجودة في بعض المجتمعات منتشرة في بعضها الآخر، يعم أثر وجودها الفرد والجماعة أيضا، بل يتأثر بوجودها المجتمع الدولي عامة، وفي الإسلام من المبادئ والتشريعات ما هو كفيل بمحوها والقضاء عليها، وسوف يظهر من خلال هذه الدراسة معالجة التشريع الإسلامي لهذه الظواهر بصورة واقعية فعلية، فضلا عن الصورة التأسيسية النظرية، ما يدل على صلاحية التشريع لكل زمان ومكان وإنسان، فالحمد لله الذي أتم علينا نعمته، وأسبغ بالإسلام منته، والله أسأل القبول والتوفيق.

The objective of this current study was to show the role played by charitable work to achieve the total development of humanitarian societies within the different aspects and areas, in particular for economical, behavioral, social and intellectual developments. Indicating how charitable work is involving and embracing the all areas. This can be illustrated by displaying its various forms and their own contribution to fight and overcome some of spreading or disseminating passive phenomena. I have selected from these unhealthy phenomena unemployment phenomenon, Addiction phenomena, and dissolution and dissociation of family as a phenomenon as well. These are phenomena existed within so me societies and were found to be penetrated and spreading within others ones. Their own bad effect involve both individual and group, even their own bad impacts penetrate the whole world in general. Islam religion, with its own basic principles and legislations can be able to erase and overcome such undesirable phenomena. It will be later seen by this current study how the Islamic legislation is fit to deal and cope with such challenges in actual realistic way. Moreover, by the fundamental image of theory, here is something that can indicate and assure the fitness and soundness of the legislation allover the time, place and humans. Praise to Allah. The All-mighty who provide us with his own blessing and gift us the Islam religion praying him to make us acceptable and successful work shippers.
