المستخلص: Cet article à pour but d'éclairer le rôle de la Segmentation dans le développement de la lecture dans la Bibliothèque principale de lecture publique de Biskra. Et pour cela on à basé sur deux indices; l'adhésion et le renouvèlement, quant à la segmentation on à choisi trois facteur; l'Age, le sexe et le niveau d'instruction. Choisissant la méthode descriptive, on à analysé les statistiques retirées des registres d'inscription pendant la période 2011-2017. les résultats sont là et peuvent êtres approfondies par d'autres études.

يهدف هذا المقال إلى تبيان الدور الذي يلعبه التقسيم في تنمية المقروئية بمكتبات المطالعة العمومية حيث اتخذنا من المكتبة الرئيسة لولاية بسكرة أنموذجا، وتنمية المقروئية يمكننا قياسها بعدة مؤشرات اخترنا منها مؤشري الإنخراط والتجديد، أما التجزئة والتقسيم فيمكن أن تتم وفق عدة عوامل اقتصرنا على ثلاثة منها متمثلة في العمر والجنس والمستوى التعليمي، وقد اتبعنا في دراستنا هذه المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته مع الموضوع وقد اعتمدنا بشكل كبير على سجلات الإنخراط بين سنتي 2011 و 2017، حيث استخرجنا معطيات تم ترجمتها إلى إحصائيات قمنا بتحليها واستخلاص النتائج منها، والتي يمكنها أن تكون بداية لدراسات أعمق.

This article aims to explain the role of the division in the development of readability in public reading libraries. We have taken a model out of the main library of Biskra. The development of the readability can be measured with several indicators from which we chose the indicators of engagement and renewal. Fragmentation and division can be measured according to several factors, including age, gender and educational level. In our study, we have followed the descriptive approach due to its adaptability with the topic and relied heavily on the registration records between 2011 and 2017. We extracted data translated into statistics that we analysed and drawn conclusions from, which could be the beginning of deeper studies.
