|d Multiples sont les activités faites par les utilisateurs sur internet, sous forme de commentaires, renseignements privées, photos ou informations personnelles, autant mise par l’utilisateur lui-même ou par la publication d’autre personne, ce que représente un transfert de la dominance du propriétaire à l’influence d’autre parties. \nCe transfert porte beaucoup de soucis pour les utilisateurs de l’internet et devenu un vrai menace pour leurs intimités et leurs droit à l’oubli ; cela a pressé à l’apparition d’une nouvelle notion laquelle est « le droit à l’oubli numérique » comme droit de l’intimité et son rapport avec l’environnement électronique. \nCe thème vient pour définir le droit à l’oubli numérique, déterminer les domaines de son application et montrer le point de vue de législateur et la jurisprudence envers lui, comme une notion nouvelle sur le terrain juridique international et local.\n

|f Many are the activities carried out by the user on the Internet, whether in the form of comments, special news, photos or personal information, whether created by the user himself or published by the third party. This is a transition from the control of the information owner to the control of third parties.\nThis transition process has brought a lot of problems to Internet users and has become an outright threat to their privacy and their right to be forgotten. This precipitated the emergence of a new legal concept: the right to digital oblivion as a right to the private life of the individual.\nThis research is aimed at defining the right to digital oblivion, in addition to identifying the areas of its application and indicating the view of the legislator, jurisprudence and judiciary as an emerging concept in the international and domestic legal arena.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a عديدة هي الأنشطة التي يقوم بها المستخدم عبر شبكة الانترنت سواء كانت في شكل تعليقات أو أخبار خاصة أو صور أو معلومات شخصية، سواء التي يضعها المستخدم بنفسه أو يقوم طرف آخر بنشرها وهو ما يعد عملية انتقال من سيطرة مالك المعلومات عليها إلى تحكم أطراف أخرى فيها. \nعملية الانتقال هذه جلبت الكثير من المشاكل لمستخدمي الانترنت وأصبحت تشكل تهديدا صريحا لخصوصياتهم وحقهم في الدخول في طي النسيان. وهو ما عجل بظهور مفهوم قانوني جديد وهو الحق في النسيان الرقمي كحق من حقوق الحياة الخاصة للفرد. \nيأتي هذا البحث للتعريف بالحق في النسيان الرقمي وتحديد مجالات تطبيقه وبيان نظرة المشرع والفقه والقضاء له باعتباره مفهوما مستجدا على الساحة القانونية العالمية والمحلية.\n
