L'Algérie a été forcée de rechercher des solutions possibles à l'économie nationale et a donc ouvert la porte à plusieurs projets qui contribuent d'une manière ou d'une autre au développement de son économie. Par exemple, le gouvernement algérien a accordé une grande attention à l'investissement et au partenariat. Fournir un cadre de dialogue politique, culturel et économique pour renforcer les relations de coopération et élargir l'intégration au Maghreb et faciliter la mobilité des ressources humaines dans les procédures administratives et promouvoir la coopération dans les domaines économique, social, culturel et financier. اضطرت الجزائر للبحث عن الحلول الممكنة التي تواجه الاقتصاد الوطني، ولذلك بفتح أبواب لعدة مشاريع تساهم بشكل آو بآخر في تنمية وتطوير اقتصادها، ونذكر على سبيل المثال: الاستثمار والشراكة حيث أولت الدولة الجزائرية اهتماما بالغا بهذه الأخيرة، حيث عقدت اتفاق الشراكة بين الاتحاد الأوربي الذي يهدف إلى توفير إطار للحوار السياسي والثقافي، والاقتصادي لتعزيز علاقات التعاون وتوسيع الاندماج لمغاربي وتسهيل حركية الموارد البشرية في إطار الإجراءات الإدارية ،وترقية التعاون في الميدان الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي والمالي. Algeria has been forced to seek possible solutions to confront the national economy, thus opening doors to several projects that contribute in one way or another to the growth and development of its economy. We mention, for example, investment and partnership, where the Algerian State attached great importance to the latter, where it concluded a partnership agreement between the European Union, which aims to provide a framework for political, cultural, and economic dialogue to strengthen cooperation relations, expand the integration of the Maghribi, facilitate the mobility of human resources within the framework of administrative procedures, and promote cooperation in the economic, social, cultural and financial fields.
