The protection of human rights is a priority for the United Nations, as it has been allocated to it, such as the General Assembly, the Security Council and the Economic and Social Council, as well as regulations such as the system of reports, complaints, allegations or individual communications. The effectiveness of these mechanisms and bodies remains to the extent to which they are applied by states organizations and individuals involved.
