المستخلص: Cet article, porte sur l’apport scientifique d’un chercheur algérien qui sort de l’ordinaire. Il s’agit d’Abdelmalek Sayad connu et reconnu sous le nom du sociologue de l’immigration algérienne. En bref, le contenu de cet article vise à souligner les spécificités des travaux d’Abdelmalek Sayad qui permettent d’avoir une nouvelle vision et une meilleure compréhension de la situation, des conditions, et de la pensée d’une personne en mouvement.

The topic of this article is about the contributions of the Algerian researcher, to whom the sociology of Algerian migration is attributed, given the specificity of his work on this subject, which revealed that it is directly involved in the field of political science.
Abd al-Malik Sayyad personally experienced the suffering of alienation, perhaps the secret that made his studies on migration take a distinctive character, as he addressed the situation of the immigrant from two angles: the first in terms of belonging to his country of origin and the second in terms of his presence in the receiving country.
In short, this article aims to shed light on the peculiarities of Abdul Malik Sayyad's work on the topic of migration, which will help those interested in the topic understand the situation of the immigrant in its various dimensions.

يتلخص موضوع هذا المقال حول مساهمات الباحث الجزائري الذي نسب إليه علم اجتماع الهجرة الجزائرية، وذلك بالنظر إلى الخصوصية التي ميزت أعماله حول هذا الموضوع والتي كشفت أنه موضوع يصب مباشرة في مجال العلوم السياسية. لقد عايش عبد المالك صياد شخصيا معاناة الغربة، ولعله السر الذي جعل من دراساته حول الهجرة تأخذ طابعا مميزا، إذ أنه تطرق لوضعية المهاجر من زاويتين: الأولى من حيث انتمائه لوطنه الأصلي، والثانية من حيث وجوده بالبلد المستقبل. يهدف هذا المقال، باختصار، إلى تسليط الضوء على خصوصيات أعمال عبد المالك صياد حول موضوع الهجرة التي ستساعد المهتم بالموضوع، على فهم وضعية المهاجر في مختلف أبعادها.
