المستخلص: Le tourisme constitue un excellent levier pour redynamiser l’économie à l’échelle locale, il permet de corriger les déséquilibres géographiques et socio-économiques des territoires. Son développement ne peut trouver sa pleine efficacité qu'en s'appuyant sur une organisation des volontés locales. La collectivité locale est amenée désormais à jouer un rôle de plus en plus important dans la promotion de son patrimoine touristique. Elle ne se résume pas seulement à une administration délimitée géographiquement, plus encore, c’est une entité culturelle, économique et sociale susceptible d'associer tous les acteurs locaux pour atteindre un but commun qui est d’élaborer et de faire fonctionner différents projets contribuant au développement de son territoire.

أن تنشيط قطاع السياحة يعتبر أحد أهم الآليات التي تسمح بإنعاش الاقتصاد المحلي، ذلك انه يسمح بتصحيح الاختلالات الجغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأقاليم. لكن تطوير فعالية هذا القطاع مرتبط بمدى تجند الأرادات المحلية في هذا الاتجاه. فالجماعات المحلية مدعوة الآن أكثر من أي وقت مضى، لان تلعب دورها في الترويج لموروثها السياحي. فدورها لا يقتصر على كونها مجرد حيز إداري محدد جغرافيا، بل هي أكثر من ذلك، فهي عبارة عن كيان ثقافي واقتصادي واجتماعي قادر على إشراك وربط جميع الأطراف الفاعلة محليا لتحقيق هدف مشترك يتمثل في إنجاز مختلف المشاريع التي تساهم في تنمية الإقليم.

Revitalizing the tourism sector is considered one of the most important mechanisms that allow the revival of the local economy, as it allows to correct the geographical, social and economic imbalances of the regions. However, the development of the effectiveness of this sector is linked to the extent to which local wills are being mobilized in this direction. More than ever, local communities are called upon to play their role in promoting their tourism heritage. Their role is not only a geographically defined administrative space, rather is more than that. It is a cultural, economic and social entity capable of engaging and connecting all actors locally with a common goal of carrying out various projects that contribute to the development of the Territory.
