المستخلص: Le Législateur algérien a adopté un système de réconciliation dans les crimes économiques comme un substitut pour le suivi judiciaire, mais ce système n'a pas été adopté dans tous les crimes économiques, où il convient de noter que, parmi le traitement des crimes économiques, les systèmes juridiques, nous trouvons que le législateur algérien a adopté son application dans trois types de crimes . sont les échanges économiques et est un crime , les opérations commerciales illégales et la criminalité douanière , mais la réalisation de ce système ne peut se faire que seulement on respectant un certain nombre de contrôles légaux.

The Algerian legislature has adopted the system of reconciliation in economic crimes as an alternative measure to judicial prosecution, but this system has not been adopted for all economic crimes. It should be noted that among the legal systems dealing with economic crimes, the Algerian legislature has adopted its application in three types of economic offences, namely, the offence of exchange, Illicit trade practices and customs crime, but this regime is implemented only by respecting a range of legal controls.

اعتمد المشرع الجزائري نظام المصالحة في الجرائم الاقتصادية كإجراء بديل عن المتابعة القضائية، إلا أن هذا النظام لم يتم اعتماده في كافة الجرائم الاقتصادية، حيث تجدر الإشارة إلى أنه من بين النظم القانونية المعالجة للجرائم الاقتصادية، نجد المشرع الجزائري قد اعتمد تطبيقه في ثلاث أنواع من الجرائم الاقتصادية وهي جريمة الصرف، الممارسات التجارية غير المشروعة والجريمة الجمركية، غير أن إعمال هذا النظام لا يتم إلا باحترام جملة من الضوابط القانونية.
