المستخلص: La première question se pose habituellement après toute modification de la Constitution en Algérie est sur le site du Président de la République entre les pouvoirs publics dans l’État par le biais de ces amendements, affectent son rôle ? Si l'on considère que ce rôle et le statut conféré par la modification apportée au Président souvent donnent une vision préliminaire de la nature et les mécanismes de gouvernance. À travers cet article, nous allons essayer de découvrir même brièvement président site en Algérie, après avoir pris un grand espace de débat politique, sur la façon dont son rôle central dans le régime politique algérien fondé sur la Constitution après l’amendement.

The first question that is usually asked after each constitutional amendment in Algeria is about the position of the President of the Republic among the public authorities of the State through these amendments. Does it affect his role? This is given that this role, and the status given by the amendment to the President, often gives a preliminary perception of the nature of the system of government and its mechanisms.
Through this article, we will try, even briefly, to unveil the position of the President of the Republic in Algeria, after he has taken a large part of the political debate on the extent to which it is central to the Algerian political system, based on the articles of the Constitution after the amendment.

أول سؤال يطرح في العادة بعد كل تعديل دستوري في الجزائر يكون حول موقع رئيس الجمهورية بين السلطات العامة في الدولة من خلال هذه التعديلات، وهل تمس دوره؟ وذلك على اعتبار أن هذا الدور، والمكانة التي يعطيها التعديل للرئيس غالبا ما تعطي تصورا أوليا عن طبيعة نظام الحكم وآلياته.
ومن خلال هذا المقال سنحاول ولو باختصار إماطة اللثام عن موقع رئيس الجمهورية في الجزائر، بعدما اخذ حيزا كبيرا من النقاش السياسي، حول مدى محوريته في النظام السياسي الجزائري وذلك انطلاقا من مواد الدستور بعد التعديل.
