المستخلص: This study aims at identifying the psychological skills among the footballers of Al-Manaseer Professional League clubs as well as identifying the resources of causal attribution (internal and external) among the footballers of Al-Manaseer Professional League clubs, in addition to identifying the relationship between the psychological skills and causal attribution (internal and external) among the footballers of Al-Manaseer Professional League clubs according to the variables of the club classification in the league, the years of experience in playing, the player's status and the player's position. The researcher uses a descriptive approach. The study sample consists of 256 footballers distributed to 12 teams. The researcher uses relative importance, means, standard deviations, one way analysis of variance, T- test for the differences between the means and Scheffe' Test for post comparisons to determine the sites of differences, as well as Spearman correlation coefficient as the statistical methods. The results show that the level of the psychological skills among the footballers of Al-Manaseer Professional League clubs in Jordan is of a medium level in all the skills except for the skills of the ability to relax as well as sports achievement motivation. The results also show that the center of causal attribution among the footballers of Al-Manaseer Professional League clubs in Jordan is internal in all the domains of attribution except for the attribution of being defeated which has been external. The results show that there is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level (a ≤ 0.05) in (the skills of the ability to mental visualization, relaxation as well as sports achievement motivation), and the results also show that there is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level (a ≤ 0.05) only for the domain of attributing the poor performance to the arrangement of teams. Moreover, the results show that there are statistically significant differences regarding all the psychological skills and the domains of causal attribution in favor of the players with the longest experience (10 years and more). The study concludes with a number of recommendations including that the professional footballers clubs should assign a sports psychologist within the coaching staff of teams from the juniors to professional footballers.

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى المهارات النفسية لدى لاعبي أندية دوري المناصير لمحترفي كرة القدم، والتعرف إلى مصادر العزو السببي (الداخلي والخارجي) كذلك، والتعرف إلى العلاقة ما بين المهارات النفسية والعزو السببي (الداخلي والخارجي) لدى اللاعبين أنفسهم تبعا لمتغير (ترتيب النادي في الدوري)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي على عينة تكونت من (256) لاعبا موزعين على (12) فريقا. وتم استخدام الأهمية النسبة والمتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين الأحادي، واختبار "ت" للفروق بين المتوسطات واختبار شيفيه للمقارنات البعدية لتحديد مواقع الفروق، ومعامل ارتباط سبيرمان كأساليب إحصائية. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوي المهارات النفسية لدى لاعبي أندية دوري المناصير لمحترفي كرة القدم في الأردن جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في جميع المهارات باستثناء مهارتي القدرة على الاسترخاء ودافعية الإنجاز الرياضي، كما تبين أن مركز العزو السببي لدى لاعبي كرة القدم في دوري المناصير لمحترفي كرة القدم في الأردن كان داخليا في جميع مجالات العزو باستثناء مجال عزو الهزيمة فقد جاء خارجيا، كما تبين وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (05.0≥a) فقط في مهارة القدرة على التصور العقلي والاسترخاء ودافعية الإنجاز الرياضي، كما تبين وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ a) فقط لمجال عزو الأداء السيئ بترتيب الفرق، وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة اعتماد أندية المحترفين لكرة القدم الأخصائي النفسي الرياضي ضمن الجهاز التدريبي للفرق من الناشئين إلى المحترفين في كرة القدم..
