يسعى البحث لإبراز أثر ودور البناء الفكري السليم في علاج الغلو والوقاية منه، ويناقش إشكالية علاقة الفكر بالغلو، وكيف يمكن علاجه من خلال الفكر، وقد تناول البحث الموضوع من خلال العناصر الرئيسية التالية: 1- مفهوم بناء الفكر ودلالته. 2- المنشأ الفكري للغلو. 3- أسس بناء الفكر وأثرها في معالجة الغلو. وخلص البحث إلى أن البناء الفكري، عملية تحصيل وتراكم العرفة والتفقه فيها، ينتج تصوراً، ينبثق عنه سلوك يؤهله للتفاعل السلبي أو الإيجابي مع من حوله. وأن المنشأ الفكري للغلو نابع من عدة عوامل أهمها: 1- مصدر التلقي: حيث ثبت من خلال استقراء الواقع، وعبر التاريخ أن الغلو ناتج عن سوء الفهم، وغياب الرؤية الواضحة في التعامل مع مصدر التلقي، مما أورث مصادر بديلة أضرت بالفرد والمجتمع. 2- القراءة المبتورة للنصوص أدت إلى غياب مقاصد التشريع، وغايات النص الشرعي في ذهن المستدل والمستنبط، والوقوع في أسر المسائل الجزئية، أنتج فكراً مشوشاً، قاد إلى ظاهرية مفرطة، جردت النصوص من مقاصدها. لذا ترتكز عملية بناء الفكر السليم على عدة عوامل، تبني من خلالها التصورات الذهنية، وتترجم إلى سلوك في الحياة اليومية أهمها البيئة الاجتماعية والبيئة التعليمية. وللمحافظة على بناء الفكر السليم، ضبط القرآن الكريم مصدر التلقي، وأقام المنهج على أساس الفقه وحسن الفهم، عن طريق الاستدلال العقلي وفتح باب النظر في المآلات، والتزود المستمر بالمعرفة، بما يتيح سعة الأفق والنضج في التفكير، والنظرة الكلية، والخروج من التربية التقليدية الهزيلة. وعليه فإن طريق النجاة من الوقوع في الغلو يتمثل في بناء الفكر السوي من خلال عمق الفقه، واستيعاب النصوص، وتنسيق قواعد الفهم لها، وإشاعة طرائق الاستنباط السليم منها، وإدراك مقاصدها، عاصم من الزلل والوقوع في الغلو، وطريق لبناء الفكر المدرك لغايات الشريعة ومقاصد الأحكام، وفقه تنزيلها على الواقع والتعامل مع المخالف.
The research is seeks to highlight the role of the proper intellectual building in treatment and prevention of extremism, and discusses the problematic relationship between extremism and intellect, and how the extremism can be treated through intellect. The research has addressed the topic through three key elements: 1- The concept of building intellect and its significance. 2- Intellectual origin of extremism. 3- The foundations of building intellect. The research has found that the intellectual building: the collection and accumulation of knowledge and deep understanding of it, produces a vision emerges behavior that qualifies ones for the negative or positive interaction with those around him. And that the intellectual origin of the extremism stems from several factors, including: 1- Source of receiving: It has been proven through extrapolation of reality and history that extremism is due to misunderstanding, and the absence of a clear vision in dealing with the source of receiving, which bequeathed alternative sources, hurt the individual and society. 2- Amputated reading of the texts led to the absence of the Purposes of Legislation, and the purposes of the legitimate text in the mind of inferred and contriver and falling into servitude of partial issues. Resulted in building of muddled thought, led to excessive superficiality, stripped the text of its purposes. Building proper thought process is based on several factors, from which intellectual perceptions are built, and translated into behavior in the daily life of the most important is the social environment and learning environment. In order to maintain the proper building of thought, the Koran adjusted receiving source and established a curriculum based on jurisprudence and good understanding, through mental inference and opening consideration in construed, and continuous supply of knowledge, allowing the horizon capacity and maturity in thinking, holism and avoiding conventional and meager breeding. Accordingly, the path of salvation is in the depth of jurisprudence and to accommodate the texts, and to coordinate the rules of their understanding, and to promote the proper methods of deducting them, and the realization of their purposes, preventative of slippage and falling into extremism. A way to build a thought that perceive the purposes of Legislation and provisions, and the jurisprudence of implementing them on reality and dealing with the contrary.
