|a لقد ترسخ منذ تسعينيات القرن الماضي أن الأنشطة النفسية تؤثر على الحالة الصحية من خلال أربعة أنظمة أساسية تتمثل في:\n1-\tنظام أو محور تحت الوطاء (المهاد البصري) – الغدة النخامية – القشرة الكظرية Hypothalamic Pituitary-Adrenal Axis (HPA).\n2-\tمحور قشرة الدماغ – الجهاز العصبي الودي – نخاع الغدة الكظرية The Sympathetic adrenomedullary (SAM).\n3-\tمحور التوصيل الببتيدي The Peptide communication System.\n4-\tمحور جهاز المناعة The Immune System.\nويأتي الموضوع الراهن في إطار محاولة بحثية، نعالج من خلالها العلاقة بين الضغوط والأمراض النفسية والعضوية المختلفة، وذلك عبر مجموعة من الخطوات تتلخص في التالي:\n1-\tاستعراض نموذج العلاقة بين الضغوط والسلوك المرضي.\n2-\tاستعراض نموذج العلاقة بين الضغوط وتحفيز ظهور الأمراض العضوية الكامنة.\n3-\tاستعراض نموذج العلاقة بين الضغوط والأمراض المعدية والمزمنة.\nيلي هذه الخطوة، خطوة أخرى على غاية من الأهمية، تتمثل في استعراض أهم التغيرات الفيزيولوجية والبيوكيميائية التي تتعرض لها العضوية، وخصوصاً على مستوى المحور العصبي المناعي الغددي عموماً، والمحورين الوطائي النخامي القشري الكظري (HPA)، ومحور قشرة الدماغ -الجهاز العصبي –نخاع الغدة الكظرية (SAM) تحديداً.\nوفي الأخير استعراض النموذج المعتمد في هذا العمل، وذلك من خلال مناقشة دور السيتكونات – باعتبار أن من أهم أدوارها – تنسيق الفاعلية بين كل من الجهاز العصبي والجهاز المناعي، والذي تمد آثاره إلى الجهاز الغدي بعد ذلك، وهذا على مستوى تلك المحاور، استجابة للضغوط المختلفة، ومن ثم تبيان كيف تتوسط السيتكوكينات في ظهور الأمراض العضوية المختلفة بداية، ووصولاً حتى إلى ظهور بعض الأمراض النفسية، انطلاقاً من استعراض نتائج بعض الدراسات الإكلينيكية والمخبرية العالمية في هذا الخصوص.\nوإنه بقدر ما يهدف طرح هذا الموضوع إلى تقديم توضيحات تبين أهمية النماذج متعددة الأبعاد في تفسير كثير من قضايا الصحة والمرض، فإنه يهدف أيضا إلى توجيه اهتمام الأطباء، والمختصين في الطب العقلي، والمختصين في علم النفس، وعموماً كل أولئك الذين ظلوا يعتقدون أن ميدان الدراسات الجزيئية Molecular Studies هو ميدان بعيد تمام البعد عن كل ما هو نفسي، إلى هذا المجال البحثي الهام، والذي أصبح يشغل حيزاً معتبراً في دراسات علم نفس الصحة الحديث.\n

|f Since the 1990s, it has been established that psychological activities affect health status through four basic systems:\n1- System under hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and Hypothalamic adrenal cortex Pituitary-Adrenal Axis (HPA).\n2- System of the cerebral cortex — sympathetic nervous system — the Synpathic adrenomedullary (SAM).\n3- The Peptide Communication System.\n4- The Immune System.\nThe current topic comes within the framework of a research attempt, through which we address the relationship between stress and various psychological and organic diseases, through a series of steps summarized in the following:\n1. Review the model of the relationship between stress and pathological behavior.\n2- Review the model of the relationship between stresses and stimulation of the emergence of underlying organic diseases.\n3. Review the model of the relationship between stresses and infectious and chronic diseases.\nThis step is followed by another important step represented in a review of the most important physiological and biochemical changes to organic, especially at the level of the general glandular immune system, Hypothalamic adrenal cortex Pituitary-Adrenal Axis (HPA), and the axis of the cerebral cortex, and the Synpathic adrenomedullary (SAM) specifically.\nFinally, the study will review the model adopted in this work by discussing the role of cytokines. One of its most important roles is to coordinate the effectiveness between the nervous and immune systems, which then extends its effects to the glandular system. And this is at the level of those axes, in response to different pressures. It then shows how cytokines mediate in the emergence of various organic diseases, beginning up to even the emergence of some mental diseases, based on a review of the results of some global clinical and laboratory studies in this regard.\nInsofar as this topic is intended to provide illustrations of the importance of multidimensional models in interpreting many health and disease issues, it also aims to draw the attention of doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists and, in general, all those who continued to believe that the field of Molecular Studies is a field far from everything that is psychological, to this important research field, which has occupied a significant place in modern health psychology studies.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
