المستخلص: This study dealt with "Investigating the oral Fluency Problems Encountered Yemeni students". This paper aimed to investigating the problems of oral fluency among secondary school students. It also investigated the difficulties encountered by students in oral fluency and suggests solution for them. The researcher adopted a descriptive analytical methods of investigation. Data has been calculated through statistical procedures. The research subjects of this study consisted of the teachers and students of secondary school level. The researcher used questionnaire as an instrument to carry out this study. The research paper is composed of four chapters. Chapter one was an introductory chapter which illustrated the theoretical framework of the study and methods used by the researcher to gather the data of the study. Chapter two showed the review of literature. Chapter three showed methodology, research design and instrument of the study. Chapter four showed data analysis and discussion of the data. Also, it showed the findings as following lack of language knowledge More highlighted difficulties by this study were as these of: linguistic difficulties, mother tongue use, and inhibition, large classes, and lack of curriculum activities. Recommendations for further studies are included in order to bring to the light different aspects of the problem.
