المستخلص: Many challenges await Algerian companies in the current complex and unfavorable environment, mainly since the lifting of tariff barriers and the intensification of international competition that do not allow them, in their current modes of organization and management, even after the adjustment and upgrading programs, which have benefited, and despite the experience and dedication of managers, to remain profitable on the market. It is essential to raise the entrepreneur's awareness of the need for redeployment for continuous adaptation, with regard to future challenges through an efficient "Strategic Steering" of its activities, a delegation of responsibilities and better distribution of tasks.

De nombreux challenges et défis attendent les entreprises Algériennes dans l’actuel environnement complexe et défavorable, essentiellement depuis la levée des barrières tarifaires et l’intensification de la concurrence internationale qui ne leur permettent pas, dans leurs modes d’organisation et de gestion actuels, même après les programmes, d’ajustement et de mise à niveau, dont ont bénéficié, et malgré l’expérience et le dévouement des managers, de se maintenir profitablement sur le marché. Il est essentiel de susciter chez le chef d’entreprise une prise de conscience sur la nécessité d’un redéploiement pour une adaptation continue, au regard des enjeux futurs par un «Pilotage Stratégique» efficient de ses activités, une délégation des responsabilités et une meilleure répartition des tâches.
