المستخلص: Waste recycling is one of the operational practices of the circular economy. The latter serves to reconcile the economic assets and the ecological world, on the one hand, preserving the environment, and on the other hand by achieving economic benefits. Algeria, one of the Maghreb countries, which has initiated its efforts in the field of waste recycling since 2001, still sees this sector do not take off. This is what we will try to study in this contribution through our field survey of industrial companies in Oran. It is a question of answering the following problematic: What are the reasons why the companies do not get sufficiently involved in the field of recycling of their industrial waste?

Le recyclage des déchets est l’une des pratiques opérationnelles de l’économie circulaire. Cette dernière sert à concilier les atouts économiques et le monde écologique, d’une part, en préservant l’environnement, et d’autre part en réalisant des avantages économiques. L’Algérie l’un des pays du Maghreb, qui a initié ses efforts dans le domaine du recyclage des déchets depuis 2001, voit toujours ce secteur ne pas décoller. C’est ce que, nous allons essayer d’étudier dans cette contribution à travers notre enquête de terrain auprès des entreprises industrielles à Oran. Il s’agit de répondre à la problématique suivante: Quelles sont les raisons pour lesquelles les entreprises ne s’impliquent pas suffisamment dans le domaine de recyclage de leurs déchets industriels?
