| 520 | |b The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the debate on the role of the information system improving the performance of the firm by presenting a theoretical model that highlight this relationship. We conducted a qualitative study with some firms to assess the impact of the IS on the performance. The analysis shows that the IS is one the factors of the increase of the quantified results and positively influence the subjective variables of organizational performance. |d L’objectif de cet article est de contribuer au débat sur le rôle du système d’information dans l’amélioration de la performance de l’entreprise en présentant un modèle théorique qui met en exergue cette relation. Nous avons mené une enquête auprès de quelques entreprises pour évaluer l’impact du SI sur la performance. L’analyse montre que le SI est l’un des facteurs de l’augmentation des résultats chiffrés et influence positivement les variables subjectives de performance organisationnelle. | ||
