خلص هذا البحث إلى أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية أصبحت من الأهمية بمكان لما لها من أثر واضح وبين، ومن دور مقدر، وواقع ملموس في بناء السلام وتوطين السلم المجتمعي وهذا الدور جعل الحكومات والأفراد والمؤسسات تضع التشريعات والأطر المنظمة لهذا العمل، وتضع الاستراتيجية الوطنية للمسئولية الاجتماعية، وتحدد الأولويات لعمل هذه المؤسسات مما يتوقع أن يؤتي أكله وثماره مستقبلا، وهذا ناتج من الأعمال والأدوار التي قامت بها المسئولية الاجتماعية عندنا في السودان وفي العالم اجمع، المسئولية الاجتماعية لها دور كبير ومقدر وواضح لصناعة التغيير الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي والاهتمام بالتنمية البشرية والتنمية المستدامة ورفع القدرات وتدريب الكوادر وأقامت المرافق الصحية والتعليمية والثقافية، وصحة البيئة والسكن والاهتمام بالعاملين في هذه المؤسسات مما يحقق السلم والسلام المجتمعي وشركة سكر كنانة التي أخذناها كنموذج، أثبتت قيامها بهذا الدور بما وضعته من خطط ونفذته كبرامج، بل وأصبح جزء من الخطة الاستراتيجية للشركة والتي تهدف إلى زيادة النمو والتنمية بالبلاد. وأصبحت شركة سكر كنانة مثالا يحتذي بهي في العالم وتم التوصية بهي كنموذج مرجعي في مجموعة الدول الكاريبي والباسيفيكي لمجموعة السكر بالمحيط الهادي، وأيضا برنامج منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية، الصادر في سبتمبر 2013 م قد أشار بوضوح لنموذج كنانة الناجح في الاستقرار وتقديم خدمات اجتماعية متكاملة، ليس للعاملين فحسب بل امتدت إلى سكان المنطقة بالمشروع والولايات المجاورة. وقد تقدمت كنانة في مؤشراتها على كل المعايير العالمية في هذا المجال ومؤشرات وأهداف التنمية للألفية الثانية، والتنمية المستدامة وأيضا دورها الواضح في بناء السلم المجتمعي وجعل المجتمع كله يتكافل ويعيش في وئام واستقرار بعد أن كانت هذه المناطق غير مستقرة وغير أمنة، بهذا العمل الملموس أحدثت شركة سكر كنانة تغيرات اجتماعية واقتصادية وثقافية وأمنية، وخدمت تطلعات المواطنين في المنطقة والمناطق المجاورة لها وحققت حالات السلم المجتمعي والسلام الذي ساد هذه المناطق، على المستويات الشخصية والاجتماعية.
The research underscores that social responsibility has emerged as paramount due to its evident and significant impact in contributing to the construction of peace and the establishment of societal harmony. Governments, individuals, and institutions are consequently compelled to develop regulations and frameworks governing social responsibility initiatives. The formulation of a national strategy for social responsibility and the prioritization of tasks for these institutions are anticipated to yield meaningful outcomes in the future. This conclusion is drawn from the observed actions and roles played by social responsibility, not only in Sudan but also on a global scale. The appreciated and conspicuous role of social responsibility is evident in fostering economic, social, and cultural transformations. It places a strong emphasis on human development, sustainable progress, capacity building, training of personnel, and the establishment of essential facilities in health, education, and culture. Social responsibility also extends to environmental health, housing initiatives, and the well-being of workers within these institutions, leading to the realization of peace and communal harmony. The Kenana Sugar Company, taken as a model, has demonstrated its commitment to fulfilling its role through well-developed and implemented plans that have been integrated into the company's strategic agenda. These initiatives aim to stimulate growth and development within the country. Kenana Sugar Company has become a global role model. It has been recommended as a reference model for the Pacific Sugar Group in the Caribbean and Pacific Group of States. Additionally, the United Nations Development Programme, in its September 2013 report, specifically commended the Kenana model for its effectiveness in providing comprehensive social services to workers and the residents of the project region and neighbouring states. Kenana has surpassed international standards in development indicators, Millennium Development Goals, and sustainable development. Its clear role in building societal peace has fostered a sense of unity and stability in previously unstable and unsafe regions. The tangible efforts of the Kenana Sugar Company have brought about social, economic, cultural, and security transformations, fulfilling the aspirations of citizens in the region and its neighbouring areas.
